Can’t beat the value.

We love the value of what you get with this hotel and that it’s a quick walk to heavenly village. You really cannot beat the price.

They charge a fee for early check in.

Horrible behaviour from owners

The room and furniture was old and on top of that there were no blinds on the window. When I asked to be moved to a room that did have blinds so I could sleep I was rudely asked to pay extra. When I expressed my displeasure to the owner and his wife the next morning, they were extremely rude, shouting to me that I was annoying them and to "get out of there". I have never I experienced such a horrible behaviour in a hotel before.

Great location and relatively priced

Great location just a short walk from the main set of shops and restaurants. Free parking for people staying. Room was nice and comfy enough.

Aircon didn’t really make the room cool. Shame that the beach just a short walk away was a private beach that charged $25 per person. No beach towels, umbrella or chairs available to borrow or hire. Make sure to get a room on the top floor, otherwise you’ll hear the rooms above walking around and making noise when trying to sleep.

I liked everything in this hotel

Very good jacuzzi. Beautiful room. The room was warm. It smelled like wood, I love that smell. I would like to return to this hotel again

Every step on the second floor was heard, especially at night.

Needs to be better maintained

The location was good.

There were no outlets available to charge devices. The shower had a very slow drain and the water pooled up. No shelving for shower products.

Perfect to bring up that fire with you wife on your partner

I didn't know it's was free breakfast I believe she forgot to tell me n I'll love for next time to have a microwave everything also was perfect

U guys don't have a microwave on all that room that was that was that only bad thing everything else was perfect

Very cozy room. The tub was amazing after my ling day at work then driving 3 hours to Tahoe.

The noise outside the room in the morning when people were leaving.

very uncomfortable ☹️

The location it’s very close to everything

very noise outside and the pipe water of the of the hotel very noisy every time somebody was flushing toilets, oh taken showers. I can hear it on the room.

Over all pretty decent and a good value for your money

It’s a nice area, close to heavenly village but not too many people around right next to you in other buildings. Would love to be able to use the fire pits but those are probably only on during the warmer season.

Our floor felt a little dirty and our shower did not drain. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear other showering or running the bath tub around you.

Nice rooms, poor customer service

The hot tub next to the bed and TV was great, we'll designed room with the shower glass.

The staff made no effort to be nice. Front desk didn't answer their phones even though I called before 9pm. Ice machine was broken and there were no others on the property. No microwaves anywhere either.

shower head that wasn’t secure, we needed to tie a garbage bag around pipe to hold in place to shower dirty tissue stuffed in tissue box we didn’t ask for handicap accessible room and they did nothing to assist I asked about room upgrade, and they said $200, not accommodating at all.
