Prima kamer, fijn bed, goede tv ,mooi uitzicht
Het restaurant is simpel. Mexicaans getint. Geen continental breakfast. Menu kaart beperkt. Sfeer eenvoudig

Nice location, historic building hotel. Close to old town with lots of shops and places to eat . Pillows not comfortable at all, in a 4 star hotel they must provide feather pillows too. Carpet very old and can’t be cleaned nicely.
4.3
Location, comfortable bed
Breakfast that you have to pay for and morning waitresses who coughed like they have TB or at least Covid and did not wear masks or washed hands. Disgusting.

Beautiful lobby, location next to old town
Understaffed restaurant and bar

I thought the hotel restaurant was very good! The hotel grounds were also so beautiful!
The walls are entirely too thin in the rooms! I could hear everything in the room next to us - their toilet flush, laughing and talking all night, music playing, dogs barking...I couldn't sleep at all. So for this reason alone, I don't think it's worth the price. I chose this place to avoid stuff like that and to hopefully get a good night's rest after driving 11+ hours.

The staff were professional and accommodating. The service excellent at the bar was fast and friendly. The ambiance like no other. The view from my balcony was breathtaking.
Sunday morning breakfast staff was short in the kitchen and I had to leave the hotel to eat.

Beds, bathroom. Staff.
Elevators broken for a bit. The carpets in upstairs lobbies need replaced they look old snd dirty. And need fans if a customer asks. Only hotel I have stayed where no fan. i have a cruise in June that will put one in room on request, first come first serve.

Location is walking distance to Sawmill Market and Old Town. Facility was clean.
The bed was hard as a rock. There was not a “happy hour”. Prices a bit high.

Location was perfect. Staff was friendly and eager to assist.
Only 1 elevator working during my stay and it was an extremely busy weekend. Hallways seemed dim and overall vibe was a bit dated.
Platform portion of king bed can be a bit awkward in the dark as it extends past the mattress.

Beautiful building in a great part of town!
the only drawback was being able to hear our noisy neighbors very clearly (as if they were in our room) at 5 am 😳

The small room for large price

We were only there for a short overnight. The parking was free and felt safe. The facilities looked nice, although we didn't use any of them. The room was comfortable.
It'd be great if we could connect our Netflix to the TV.
