Lovely apartment, 10-12 minutes walk to St. Stephen avenue

The location was good, the views from the 22nd floor were exceptional, the various amenities were clean and well organized.

Nothing really; one minor challenge was inability to access the fitness center, which was resolved after 2 of days (out of total 3 days of stay)

Won’t come back for the next time. Too many regulations. Ask guest to help clean up the bed.

Good location in the downtown. Highly accessible . With one underground car parking

Not clean. Coffee maker is dirty seems no one clean it up. Poor quality of bed. Bed is small for two people . Just a double size. Hard to find host to get check in Information. Floor is dirty and we found some chip on the floor. Bathroom too dark.

Our stay was enjoyable and met our needs.

It’s proximity to down town and easy access to shopping. My daughter thought the gym was awesome

I thought the linens could be a bit more luxourious. Not thin old towels and bedding for the pullout sofa were mismatched and worn. Hotel quality would be nice. Also for an older traveller a grab bar for entering the shower would be nice. A couple of wine glasses would have been nice.

Too many steps to check in and out. Not enough Garbage bags. Not clear instructions for Recycle Disposal.

Our stay was very good we had a good time close to the stampede made it very good.

The kitchen could use some new pots and pans, can opener, dish soap, more tea towels and bath towels needs some new light bulbs some burnt out.

Superb

The location is awesome, only a 10-minute walk to the core of downtown. The security of the building is excellent. The apartment is clean and well decorated with all you need. We are happy with our stay.

The bedroom is facing east, and the curtain was not able to block all the sunshine in the morning. If you need a dark room for sleeping, maybe bring an eye mask.

I will stay here every time I'm in the city.

• The condo is a newer build with VERY good noise isolation. I didn't hear anyone else in the building, which is amazing. Ah, no heavy hotel door slams. • The condo is VERY clean. You can tell their housekeeper takes great care to ensure your comfort. • It is very well stocked, with everything you'd need for a night or even a week. Everything you'd have at home can be found here, with few exceptions. • The TV has Netflix!!!! • The balcony is small but provides you with an amazing view of downtown Calgary. • The bathroom has very hot water as well as toiletries, even a hair straightener. • The bed is super comfortable, and the sheets smell very fresh. • The AC works like a dream. • It is walking distance to everything you'd want to see downtown. • Last but certainly not least, the owners were great at communicating throughout.

• It was in close proximity to a sketchy area (heading away from downtown) but never did I feel unsafe being in the building, which is HIGHLY secure. Just don't try to walk to 711 at 10pm to get a hot dog.. heh! That said, it's also downtown so it's to be expected. You'd find the same thing at the Marriot etc

There were so many rules for the building and for the apartment itself, it felt like we were walking on eggshells. It’s also not as close to Downtown as described. The amount of rules made the stay unpleasant.

I didn't not like anything about the stay it was a great place altogether.

Very good

It’s an actual one bedroom condo, so you have all of the amenities of home. Full kitchen, laundry, separate bedroom. It was very clean and very quiet. Good location with restaurants and markets within walking distance. You get more than you would at a typical hotel for half the price.

Needs a black out curtain in the bedroom. And there are very few channel’s on tv. Having a better cable package or at least a streaming service like Netflix would have been great, as the tv is virtually useless.

The curtains in the bedroom weren't as good as the one at the living room. The sunrise was all over the curtains in the bedroom, it was annoying. The bbq wasn't clean.

The communication with Host was amazing! Any issues were addressed right away. Smaller apartment but was perfect for a couple or 1 traveller. I was there for work so it was great.

The window coverings in bedroom weren't great but I was working afternoons so that is the only reasin it was an issue.

This is a great place for a business trip to Calgary or a romantic getaway.

The host was super friendly! It was right across the street from the BMO Centre where we were working and there was parking included in the stay. There were grocery stores in walking distance and the owners had other suggestions in a well organized booklet. We enjoyed the best sun rises while having coffee every morning we were there.
