Nothing
They advertise as a kitchennet but ask you to pay $50 to use utensil's not an even just a deposit, then expect you to return them clean. Beds uncomfortable.

Excellent location and good breakfast. Clean facilities.
The insulation effect of my room with neighbor is not good.

Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, got me a blowdryer and allowed early/ late check in/out. Great breakfast and staff. Clean and safe
Long walk to parking and confusing entry and directions into facilities. No spa/pool or bath. Beds uncomfortable and lighting is not ambient or cozy.
2.7
The service at breakfast. A very kind and cordial gentleman received guests in the morning at breakfast.
1) Heat. Fans provided and only if requested.
2) Arcade free parking area was unsafe. An suspicious individual as loitering

Ii was a nice modern building. Lots of room. Clean and pleasant. Close to CRT, rapid transit.
Room was very warm.
2.7
the campus is centrally located close to lots of amenities.
the staff were not helpful and made us feel unwelcome
2.7
great location if like us, you’re watching a show at the Jubilee.
The rooms are exactly how I would imagine a prison cell. Exposed concrete walls, the cheapest, most basic furniture. no flooring, just concrete. No TV as per AD, no coffee maker as per AD either. pretty shocking to be honest.
2.7
nothing
everything. you had to drive ways just to park, my partner is in a cast so that was difficult to navigate. these are dorm rooms basically at SAIT, not a hotel at all. our sink and shower were blocked
2.7
No tv, no ac, and no one to clean the rooms
2.7
access to jubilee auditorium, good parking, clean. good breakfast
no air conditioning on a very hot evening

Breakfast was okay, but the rooms looked different than the pictures. It also took us 2 hours to get into our rooms since the room they provided had a broken sensor and so they shifted us to another room. So after a long drive, we also had to wait around wi try our baggage in the corridors until we could finally get a room.
Customer service and long waiting times. For breakfast you had to wake up from 7-10 am. And if you’re late, you only get what’s left out, which is mostly juices and milk. Breakfast: 4/10

The staff was very nice. When we needed assistance, they were accommodating.
The first room we had wasn't clean and the toilet seat was broken & so hot. We were given another room which was clean and cooler but still hot. The beds are quite high and uncomfortable. The sheets are of cheap fabric. The kitchenette supplied you with nothing. The only useful thing was the fridge. The breakfast was below standard. Bananas were brown, coffee was gross. The porridge was slop.
The parking was a long walk from the actual bldg we stayed in.

Location was good. Breakfast was great
Funny the beds were high

Breakfast was good and dinning area staffs was nice and polite but when we went to the suite water was in maintenance everyday so we have no hot water during stay thats was very bad
Hotel staffs must be fix maintenance asap

This building is a tower. While the reception is air conditioned, the tower is not. My room was approximately 30 degrees celsius. I spent one sleepless night and had to check out prematurely, for which I received no refund.
2.7
Breakfast is healthy food.
Only one thing I can say finding the location please need more helpful updated maps , we waste our 30 minutes for finding the location otherwise everything excellent.
2.7
The beds are really uncomfortable and definitely not for a family
Overall it’s not bad but at least the bed should have been better
It’s metal beds with spring mattress makes noise and bounce if we shake a little bit
2.7
It was okay
No Fans no Ac. Was too hot in the room. I thought we’ll atleast get the that but no!! Disappointed.
Couldn’t sleep all night and had an exam in the morning
2.7
reasonable price
very hard to identify location as campus had no signs to indicate which building was the residence.
Parking garage poorly labelled and so far from hotel room.
2.7
Location was good
Parking was a 5 minute walk away from the building
2.7
View is really nice ! Good access to thr city center, covered parking and breakfast.
We found used towels in the bathroom upon arrival.
The staff seemed incompetent (they couldnt answer 2.5 hours, if they had a blanker or not)
2.7
After booking online we had to wait inline for one hour until we could get a key to see the room and I was already sick from the very strong smell that the had in office. Maybe cleaner or some poison and I have never seen a place to sleep that looks as sheap as this one.
And then we gon to Lethbridge Alberta and paid the same price $100.00 at Sandmand Hotel and that was nice and clean and nothing to complain
2.7
it's comfy
the card to get in the room was not working, the receptionist had to open it for me
