It was decent for a 1-2 night stay. Fridge and microwave always good to have.

Nice clean room, spacious

It had ants in the bathroom crawling everywhere. When I took a shower the water would go out and I had about 10-15 ants floating in there.

Good for a single night just to sleep if you can get past the loud cars and air conditioner

Location

Had no cable for 5 out of the 6 days we were there. No housekeeping the entire time had to keep asking for new towels. Never smoked in room but wouldn't let me smoke by my car kicked me to the street.tub was dirty and clogged. Staff was not very helpful. Just 1 person that we asked was really trying to help his name was (kejnesh). Thank you again.

The rooms looked okay.

The toilet had issues and there were bugs. Insanely grossed out about it.

It is very close to where I was working a two day job

not really convenient for the hawthorne jet centre

nothing. it was just a run down town motel with long stay residents

a tired motel in need of a lot of renovation. I should have stayed at the airport which would have been better.

it was a great experience, I would stay again. area was good

I like how it is close to the SoFi stadium. Even if parking was filled up at night, the lot next door is available for parking.

the shower head was pretty short lol I didn’t have a problem with it but my hubby did lol

Exceptional

I loved how generally clean the room was I'm always impressed with how clean those two ladies keep the rooms and they're bringing the right type of people in there and they're not destroying the rooms I always have a good experience at the Hawthorne Plaza Inn

Maybe it's just the room location that I always get but the Wi-Fi does not work so good at least in the room I was in

Good hotel for 1-3 nights

Spacious room, free parking, tea@coffee facilities in the room, comfy bed

Check in process was a little bit weird, very hot in the lobby and couldn’t hear anything because receptionist is beside the glass like in the post office or bank

Excellent location close to the airport, free parking, kind check-in staff

Very dirty (nails in bed, cockroaches in bed and on walls, shampoo leftovers from previous guests, used plastic cups next to the sink), internet was just fine. Overall i would not return.

Even though I did not have time to watch TV but the control for was not working very well

room was clean and some what quiet

in 3 night of stay they did not clean nor replenish towel, hand cloth and coffee at all I think dose are the 3 basic service I expect to have to have comfortable stay at any price I will not stay there again

The room was clean, it is not a 5 star hotel so don`t book expecting Hilton standards, but for one night and the location which is very close to the airport, it was a good hotel. The neighborhood is scary but there is a police station one block away.

The neighborhood is kind of scary, but everything was ok for one night.

It appears that most of the rooms have been renovated and redecorated I liked everything about the room and about my stay it's all good. Due to my job I was not able to utilize the room for the full-time. But for the time that I was there it definitely fulfilled my purpose

The location was good cus it was close to the airport and the price is fairly cheap so its good enough for a transit stay

The heater was extremely loud so much so that we couldnt sleep because of it. You can also hear the people in the next rooms. There is also no elevator but its just two floors so it wasnt that big of a deal. The carpet in the room also seemed really dirty though.

If you need a place near LAX and have no other option...

We needed a place to stay near LAX for caching an early flight the morning after. The location is quiet so for one night it was bearable.

The check in process was lengthy for no apparent need. We ordered on-line but still had to fill in a form. We needed an extra blanket but they didn't have any. We were charged a deposit via the credit card which they said the they will reimburse, instead of just taking the card number. The shower in the room had no hangers for clothes or a towel.
