- Bequeme Betten
- Warmer Whirlpool
- Kosteloser Parkplatz

Could use some updating
10.0
A beautiful resort. The gardens and the blooming tree. Many walking paths. I enjoyed the pool.
10.0
Our view could have been better, we were looking at a construction site
5.0
The pool is very kid friendly and big. Good food and drinks by the pool.
although the rooms were clean, they are kind of outdated and if you are on the second floor, you can hear people above you walking taking showers. We had to call several times to have the front desk give the people above us a courtesy call to be quiet.

Beautiful location
There was only a bar restaurant on site... but actually food was very good.
8.0
Friendly, helpful staff who quickly agreed to move us away from construction & blocked view of ocean.
Large spacious, clean 2 bedroom/living/kitchen
Convenient to Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach
Layout of building and entire resort is confusing
Lack of good directional or building signage
Dead ends in sidewalk that could have quickly gotten us from building 8 to 9.
Only one elevator in building and was not working for part of our stay—reluctant to trust it. lots of walking.

Clean, neat, full kitchen, view of the ocean. Great location. Pool gigantic, hot tub a real bonus.
can't think of anything.

Location was great, size of unit was wonderful, pool was nice.
You have the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The person who first checked us in was unfriendly. Concierge wasn't at the desk, and questioned me the next day whether I got the welcome packet or not.

The room was big with all the neccessities for a family (kitchenware, washing machine, etc.). The facilities were also great - the pool was awesome and the hot tub was great. The staff was also great, and the hotel manager went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of.
The room was a bit on the old side, and the shower could use a detachable shower head, for kids coming back from the beach or a hike.

The location was excellent.
We stayed at the top floor that we didn't hear people's steps above us.
The hot water maker broke for the building and we didn't have the hot water a whole day.

the staff were so friendly and the Easter activities they put together were fun and entertaining
hotel is a little dated.(room had a big enough space in the door when closed that we saw a few bugs just walk right in)

The grounds are beautiful. Loved the pool and spa. There was an adult spa just outside our room which was fantastic. The pool bar was also wonderful too- good food & drinks at fair prices.
No beach access. The rooms are very dated. Be prepared to pay extra for coffee & laundry detergent. The tile around the property is slippery and needs to be addressed as people were slipping- very dangerous. Kauai rains a lot so it’s wet most of the time.

I did not partake of the breakfast, nor any meals at the Pointe. I cooked all meals in my suite--which has a very
nice kitchen and supplies. I am concerned about the safety of the complex, and noticed a few maintenance items
which should be fixed--a broken vinyl blind in my kitchen, the hanging drapes/curtains were difficult to slide--like
the slides needed to be cleaned and greased, and the tiles outside walkways are REALLY slippery--a real hazard
for older people and kids running around.
Outside walkway tiles should be "roughed up" to prevent slips and falls.
Lock on my patio door was old--difficult to open and close. Glass soap
dish in bathroom should be replaced by soap dispenser or non breakable
soap dish. No grab bars in tubs or showers--all of this just makes
sense to prevent injuries

I loved the huge pool that was not crowded and the view of the ocean from our balcony!
I have no complaints

great location. fab pool with with good pool bar. snacks were good and staff were helpful.
the rooms are dated and in need of a good clean. our kitchen was dirty and tired.
5.0
Location was quiet. Landscaping was VERY pretty. Staff were friendly and responsive which was very nice and the extra effort they made for our comfort was unexpected, i.e. the landscapers stopping the mower when we walked by. Rooms were well stocked, clean, and spacious.
There was no direct beach access or views as expected. I switched to this hotel because that was a selling point and it was definitley not delivered.
The worst part was that the noise from the neighbors was the worst!!! We heard them all night moving around, walking, running, jumping, moving chairs, it was awful!!! There was obviously no sound proofing between rooms.
6.0
gorgeous property. great staff
room/suite was desperately in need of updating. should have been offline. broken title. termites. kitchen cupboards paint was worn

The location was great in Poipu Beach. The apartment was spacious and we got a two bedroom even though we booked a one bedroom.
We were on the bottom floor and we could hear people walking around or moving chairs upstairs. It woke us up. Soundproofing between floors would be nice. There was no where on site to get coffee early.

The condo was great! Loved the setback balcony and our garden view actually allowed us to see the ocean and sunrise!. Enjoyed the nearby hotub and facilities in the condo.
Constant harrassment about tour of property and lack of true, significant discounts from "concierges. Most of these folks were helpful, one showed her annoyance and anger when I reminded her I was not interested in any tours of the property that were looking for a sale.

great location, nice room, clean.
the staff seemed mean and uptight.
the security guard “miss fey” was really rude and hovered over us so much it made us feel uncomfortable we had to leave the pool cause she wouldn’t go away.
I understand she trying to do her job but tell us what not to do and then leave us alone… she was super rude.
also when I checked in they tried to charge
me the resort fee twice… idk if that was the n purpose or accident but double check your receipts that u aren’t paying the resort fee twice.
other than that everyone else was kind and resort was nice.
Koloa landing or the Hyatt is much nicer to their guests.
