We had a fantastic stay at Koloa Landing Resort! The villa was spotless, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed — truly a home away from home. The rooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious, and the large balcony was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond, being super attentive and even surprising us with a thoughtful gift for our 10-year wedding anniversary. These personal touches made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return!

The hotel pools were good as well as the Hologrill restaurant. The villas were a good size and comfortable. The staff at check in were great and really helpful and friendly.
The hotel is on the expensive side for a villa and we were not sure it was worth it when comparing to other villas we stayed in during the holiday.

The pool and restaurant on location were very nice! We liked that it was within walking distance to a lot of places to eat.
That we spent a lot more at this resort for a view of the dumpster near Holoholo Grill, where you view at the next place was of the NaPali coast mountains, and that place was a good amount cheaper. Also, there were a couple small stains on our sheets from before we got there and robes looked to have seen better days. For the price we pay, I kind of expect better with that stuff.

Beautiful property, amazing room, great pool
Extremely expensive. Plus everything was additional. No breakfast, no snorkels, every single thing was additional. Plus no beach front access from the property. Wouldn’t book again.

Pool was amazing. Room size was normal nothing too special but it had washer dryer, stove and fridge! Which we loved
Some of the staff could be a bit friendlier. It was pretty pricey for everything but understandable with the size of the resort. It would be nice to have some kid friendly classes or activities throughout the week - not just adult like yoga or art.

The bed could have been more supportive. We asked to switch rooms, which they were happy to do, and the other bed was better but still not great. Perhaps the mattresses need replacing. For a large, fancy resort, the restaurant could have been better too. There was only an outdoor dining room space, under an enclosure. The pool was amazing. They also offered us prompt shuttle service to the beach.

the pool
we ate all meals at the hotel and had food poisoning. it wrote off a day.
The cost of everything in the area is ridiculous. $3.50 USD for an apple from the general store.

Good breakfast
Would prefer a more adult oriented property

great location. nice mini kitchen. pools were big with lots to do.
beware of “island view” - our room faced the parking lot. required asking the staff a few times before getting help.

Lovely resort. Location was fantastic, room was HUGE and amazing for us with a toddler in tow. Bathroom had two rooms to it. Kitchen and laundry was absolutely key and allowed us to feel at "home". Staff was wonderful, informative and kind and always willing to help. Pool was just amazing, so many good things to say about it and the resort in general.
The ONLY thing missing from this resort is that I wish it was on the beach! It was slightly a pain with a toddler to pack into the car each time we wanted to go to the beach. Otherwise everything else was fantastic and we would stay again.

Beautiful but pricy

The grounds, pool, and staff are exceptional.
Despite asking, our room was not cleaned with new towels and emptied trash cans daily. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things.

This was such a bad experience that we canceled our stay and had to pay a cancellation fee and rebooked to the Grand Hyatt in the middle of our trip. The hotel is not worth the price and we were so disappointed that we lost money and had to find a new hotel (the new hotel is worth every cent). They didn’t warn us about a marathon that the hotel was hosting which caused us to miss our helicopter. The staff was rude and dismissive. They told us to wait until we arrived to book everything when we called earlier this year and when we got there we couldn’t get a spa appointment. Everything was so disappointing and this was our honeymoon!!! .

The resort is beautiful. The Villas we rented were perfect. The pool is amazing, they also have complimentary swim diapers available as well as Sun bum sunscreen, I found this very handy. We also enjoyed the daily activities. The location is great. The resort has complimentary shuttle service which comes in very handy for eating off site, shopping, even going to the beach.
There is nothing to dislike about this resort. The market store is a little pricey however there are other markets located nearby. Again nothing to dislike here.

Room, pool, access to shopping and restaurants.
Bathtub and coffee maker had issues. New coffee maker was delivered but tub needed to be repaired.

We had 2 villas for 9 of us, ages 12 - 70. The rooms and resort worked out wonderful for all of us.
Would have been nice for the resort to have more restaurant space. We didn't prebook reservations, so did our own cooking, ordered take-out, or ate off site.
9.0 / 10.0
Great pools, spacious villa, nice staffs, ideal resort for families.
No beach front but not a big deal
8.0 / 10.0
Only thing is that the resort could use another bar and restaurant. Shuttle service from the airport would have made it perfect.
