I felt like I got a great deal on booking.com so I wasn’t expecting the resort to be so nice. We would love to stay there again next year. It was Paradise!
I wish they had spa and massage services on site

we had an amazing family vacation at this property. all the employees were exceptional at their job. The female employee at the Aqua poolside eatery was amazing and remembered us from day to day. she was very personable. The room was quaint and well stocked.
The Aqua poolside eatery was not opened after 7pm when we were just coming back to the property.

Easy access to freeway and the Fairmont Princess. Food in the pool area was surprisingly very good
Hot water took at least 5 minutes to warm up, no pots or pans to cook with, coffee maker was broken, didn’t clean rooms at all so garbage piled up, small room for the price with a view of the parking lot, pool area small for the number of guests, air conditioning was loud, parking was aweful as most times I had to park far away from my room, timeshare folks only interested in selling timeshares, Won’t be back, not worth it.

The staff was courteous and the lobby was clean.
The room was incredibly dingy and didn't feel safe. I wasn't aware that I'd have to lug my suitcases up a flight of concrete stairs, resulting in damaging a very nice set of luggage. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and although the staff offered to fix the issue with some sort of machine, the smell was integrated into the carpet and walls. It wouldn't have done much good. They did not offer to move rooms. The noise was also very loud from other guests, even though they weren't using a high volume. Very poorly insulated. It was so bad that I moved hotels within an hour and a half of checking in.
