Good, selection, hot food better than an average continental breakfast

Lightning in the shower area was very dim , no door to separate the shower from out area .Also the refrigerator was loseand kept sliding out

Old tired dark rooms in what could be a nice hotel!

Breakfast was pretty good and the location was great as a prompt shuttle took you to the airport. Overall a friendly staff at this location. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and roomy.

There was a hectic and somewhat chaotic check in process. But the room itself was very dark with old furniture and somewhat depressing and it looked like a hospital room. I paid extra for a living room but it was pretty useless and not comfortable with more old dark furniture.

Overall, a fairly typical holiday inn express. Most things were fine.

The bathroom did not drain well, AC was old (no temperature setting, just a dial), breakfast was missing some usual items

Overall our stay was good.

There could have been more of a variety of items for breakfast. Only ate breakfast once.

On most nights we came in after 11:00pm and our keys wouldn’t work.

Very Nice place & convenient. Bed was very comfortable.

The light in the bathroom above the sink didn't work... The staff offered to change rooms for us but we chose to stay. The room offered wouldn't have been a king. We were already unpacked. The Staff was very nice.

A place to sleep before my flight to San Diego.

Liked that our room was on the first floor.

Had to call the front desk twice to request toilet paper. NO ONE answered. I had to go to the desk and get it. The toilet was super low and had difficulty getting up.

Needs some work, great location to airport

The location is excellent for it proximity to the airport and rental car return. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. The room was clean, there isn't much noise from the nearby airport which was surprising to us, we were on the top floor.

The staff at the front desk was not personable or friendly. When we got up to our king bed room with sofa sleeper in adjacent bedroom on the 3rd (top floor) it was just what we needed for our family of four...until we realized that the toilet didn't work. It took 30-40 minutes to get us moved into a smaller double queen room. It surprised me that there was no gesture made or much of anything said about the downgrade of the room, no discount on the price. This was my first slightly annoying accommodation with Holiday Inn Express, we almost always choose to stay with them because we always had a great experience. It was a bit frustrating.

Room was next to elevator shaft so you heard a very loud mechanical sound each time the elevator moved. It was terrible. This was my first and only bad experience at this hotel. Not sure why they put anyone in that room. It should not be used for guests.
