la ubicación

La habitación realmente esta muy descuidada, nada que ver con las fotos. solo había una colcha delgada y las sabanas, tuve frio, la televisión tuve que llamar para ponerla, tuve que una toallita limpiar toda la superficie.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Never again.

Nothing. It was a bed but I would have preferred to stay in the airport

Everything. It was dirty, toilet in one room wasn't secured to the floor. When flushed sewage came up through the tub. When contacted the hotel directly no refund was offered. This was just a small part of the horrible night spent stuck in Detroit.

everything .. it was gross, e had blood and lipstick stains on pillow cases, there was body hair in bed on sheets under blanket. the door safety lock was busted. the shower handle was broken off and the room smelled horrible trash piled in front of room door outside grade:F.

Rooms were dirty and lots of maintenance issue. The fjrst room's shower was running and couldn't turn off. The second room's fridge was so loud and the TV didn't work. Staff not helpful.

Avoid at all costs.

Nothing.

Room was filthy, cigarette butts, burn holes, stains on comforter, bathroom was dirty. Used soap in shower, urine still in toilet from a prior guest. Basically, disgusting. Oh, and door didn't close fully, drafty.

Very poor

There was no remote for the TV. Neither lamp in the room worked. The shower water ran out brown for the first few seconds. The pillows were like plastic bags with air and minimal cushion. The TV had a dirt/dust film on it, similar to the refrigerator. The outlet next to the bed didn’t work. Floor felt very unstable in spots. The hearing/cooling unit did work well but sure looked rough. All that said. The mattress was comfortable and the towels were clean. The night shift person working was jammed with guests looking for rooms at the last minute, as well as a failed credit card machine, and she handled it well, getting me in and out as fast as she could. Give her a bonus! I'm sure hotel overnight shift can be thankless at times.

The woman who works most of the mornings. Says she's a manager? Anyways she was very rude every time I had interaction with her. She was disrespectful, condescending, and very unprofessional.

The only positive thing about this accommodation was the nice receptionist in the morning.

I booked two rooms, one with two queen beds and one with a king bed. I was told at the reception that they no longer have these rooms and that they can only have two rooms with a king-size bed. since it was late at night I agreed. I got a room in the first row next to the reception and the others in the last one. At night, the area around the hotel looked like a ghetto. We were really scared there with the whole family.

Nice, roomy, & comfortable room for what we Paid, including Flat-Screen TV, Mini-Fridge, & small Microwave... Plenty of Towels, and HOT Water; NOTHING to "make" me wanna come back tho!

New/Upgraded Key Entry Systems we're VERY DIFFICULT to use, thus we got Moved to another room; then while Exiting, we couldn't get the unlocked door Opened from the Inside! Also, the room's AC/Heating Unit Power Button didn't work, so I had to "jiggle" the Power Cord for the unit to come on! Additionally, there were NO Basic Bath/Shower Amenities (ie. Soap, plastic cups, shampoo, or even an extra roll of Toilet Paper). I "Expected" much more for my $50 refundable Security Deposit! But I guess that's what one gets for their Money these days; there are PLENTY of Other Motels in the area to choose from and Rodeway Inn will NOT get my Business again!

The dirty washcloth in the shower. The pot holes in the floor. The rocker bed. The cold water only shower. The stale, unidentified breakfast pastry. The rotting door/doorway.

The place have bed bugs!!!! I had to switch rooms and then my second room have a mini fridge that have Never been clean out!!!! I rate this place a -10!!!!!

Company was booked through booking.com. When I arrived at the airport and called for airport shuttle they told me they weren't running an shuttle and that they were full. I told them I booked via booking.com and they said they were full.

Never again Rodeway in Romulus Michigan

Mold in the ceiling by the door rain inside the room wall nasty rm 129 then gave me rm 324 where ppls are living there toys in and out all night this rm was just as nasty Lotta empty units that ppls can't live in stacks of mattress outside never again I know they wasn't going to give my money back so I stayed

You get what you paid for.

What looked like a blood stain on carpet. Cigarette ash leftover from past occupants. Door that barely held close. Very thin walls. Very dirty little effort put into the clean.

Staff was friendly. Cheaper Hotel for the area.

Disappointing

The room was Not Clean , bathroom had blk mold on wall ,toilet was leaking , ceramic tiles in bathroom on floor were cracked ,wet ,bugs in bathroom an vanity sink area ,All drawers were nasty dirty ,didn't use them ,beds weren't properly made ,Checked for bed bugs ,didn't see any but couldn't tell if beds were freshly made ,burn marks all over bed frame ,and bathtub asked for a king size ,smoking room and ironically it was giving to someone else even though I made reservations ahead of time ,there was no apology ,or even substitute ,money off my nasty buggy room ,had to wait upon arrival to get room none were ready on time ,It was one of the worst places I stayed ,the location was good ,I will Never Refer Or Return An I live in the Area ,I have pictures of stay to confirm the condition .
