Excellent location, excellent staff excellent service, but the property was shoddy and unattractive.

The staff, the location, the response of the shuttle, both to the hotel from the airport (at 4 AM!), and the airport to the hotel.

The room was very low standard, very shoddy and unattractive. The armchair in the room was stained and old. Who would want to sit in it? The walls and doors were painted over, but not renovated beforehand. All in all, a very poor appearance.

I woke up cut the lights on roaches were everywhere room# 140

This hotel has roaches infestation

Roaches thousands of roaches come out at night when you turn the lights off

Busted down room.

That I can get away from my home.

Dirty bathroom, bathtub, towels had hair on them, dust everywhere, floor not swept( black pieces of paper ripped up all over floor, remote didn’t work at all, microwave was filthy, and refrigerator was spoiled smelling.

Good for one night sleep

Great location

Mostly similar to a road motel the staff were not attentive to the people staying there more after who was breaking the rules looking to the cameras spend almost 30 min for doing a check in and 30 min more when I asked for a receipt after check out

Lugar cumplidor...sólo eso, el personal es bastante amable, pero es una opción razonable en caso de buscar un lugar económico cerca del aeropuerto de Detroit. Aunque no puedo reprochar la limpieza de las habitaciones si bien el mobilirario es un poco anticuado

Outside of the room smelling bad and the floor being completely wet the bed was comfortable enough

Not at all worth even for $50.

Only the staff

Dirty, unclean pillow. Rooms were smelling cigarettes, poor wifi, unclean towels bedsheets and toilets. Smells weed. Not worth for even $25. Breakfast is just for name sake and nothing is fresh or clean.

Terrible experience

The sheets on the bed were dirty. The iron did not work and was black and dirty . The room had a bad smell to it and the TV did not work. We stay for one night and went somewhere else.

for just one night

is close to the airpprt. They offer breakfast. And they peivide shuttle.

There was no hot water in the sink in the bathroom and the water was very cold. At some point durihg the night I could smell strong odor. The bed skiirt and curtain had stains.

My night at Hojo's

I liked the free upgrade to the third floor. Last year I stayed in a more basic room on second floor and wasn't too impressed

Breakfast . Line up for toaster, could only toast two slices at a time and everyone wanted toast that day...big line up. Too much ice in the fridge/freezer in the room. Bathroom needed an upgrade. Mini toilets (I liked it but I'm short. For average height or tall, will feel like ur squatting)
