This isn’t a hotel it’s an overpriced motel

Location
The hotel was not clean, it smelled like poop, the air conditioner didn’t work, the bed had random hair and black specs all over it, it looked like black mold in the shower. Not sure what but I have bites on my back after sleeping in the bed. The bathroom door was hard to shut. They have valet parking but parked my vehicle 4 blocks away when there was available spots at the location. The elevator has a keycard access to use it and it wouldn’t work multiple times when we tried to use it. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and would not recommend this to anyone.

Clean. Great location
Valet service. We had a difficult time getting our car from valet, attendant was non responsive and we had to get it from other onsite personnel
7.0 / 10.0
Location and helpfulness of the staff especially the valets
Room doors opened directly to the outside

The friendliest staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting at a hotel. The room was spacious for a single traveler and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel was very quiet which is always a plus.
The bathroom sink faucet wasn’t fastened properly so it had to be held while washing hands. Also, the early morning 6-7 am construction was a surprise, but it wasn’t too bad, was able to sleep through it all but the first morning.

Buena ubicación, cerca de las principales atracciones!!
Ruido de carros!!!

The hot breakfast was great. The location was good for what we wanted. There was a hop on/off tour bus stop just a block away that was great. It was walking distance to Broadway for the Honkytonks.
The bed was rock hard so not my preference. The hotel is still in the process of remodeling - no construction noise but visually not great. Do not enjoy paying for parking but it's the norm in that area.

Outside areas could be cleaner

Price was good. Cheaper than surrounding hotels. Staff was amazing and very friendly! Breakfast was good, and was served quickly. Room was perfect for what it needed to be.
Having a elevator inside the lobby was my only complaint of this property. It's in the parking area but was new and well maintained.

Booking told me it is a walking distance from the music centre
Booking didn’t tell me that it is up the hill and walking back to the hotel is impossible
Elevator is separate!!!!!! You are scared if you need the elevator at night

The staff are lovely.
EVERYTHING. I’ve stayed at some pretty terrible places and, oh boy, does this one compete! Hope you like squeaky, rock hard beds, pudding soft pillows, and hear-everything-next-door thin walls. Weak water pressure? Check. Rooms in a separate, unsecured building, with outdoor hallways and tons of blind angles, creating a terrifying experience every time you come or go from the room? Check. Non-smoking rooms that reek of cigarette smoke? Check. This skeevy place was clearly a dingy, rundown, low-quality motel someone poorly and extremely cheaply renoed and then thought they could charge $250 a night for. At least the staff is really lovely and on point, but seriously, stay literally anywhere else.

The location was perfect
The breakfast could have had a larger variety of choices like offering pancakes, waffles and French toast. Also orange juice and milk would have been great

Clean and close to action
Parking is a joke 30.00 a day they should b ashamed for charging that

The staff are wonderful… Angel upgraded us to a new suite, and the room was amazing … Valet parking, and parking is so reasonable. 15 minute walk to Broadway.. I would not stay anywhere else
No complaints.. our 3rd stay

Great staff
The floor could have been fresher; bare feet blackened in a few steps.

It was a really good location
I was told on here that parking was 18$ then they told me on site that I had to pay 30$ and when I showed them what booking.com said they just said too bad essentially. And then so I paid 30$ for valet parking just for them to park it 5 feet from where I left it with them. I essentially paid 30$ to have someone drive my car 5 feet and park it for me.. was not happy about that. Then there was noise all through the night the doors were so loud and rattled the room every time someone entered or left their room on my hallway so sleeping was troublesome.

Loved location & breakfast!
Wish we were closer to lobby and we did not need a handicapped accessible room.

The staff is always really friendly. The rooms are nice, you will not find a nice hotel within walking distance to Bridgestone at this price.
I really don’t have anything negative to add.

We liked the downtown experience. We heard no outside noise from our room. Did not run into many people until the lobby. Good and bad I guess. The pizza joint attached was a life saver. Breakfast was interesting but decent.
The parking was not ideal. They only have valet and I was not prepared for that. Meaning I do not carry cash. I felt bad for not tipping the initial guy. The problem was that we like to explore and paying, tipping, to get our car two or three times a day was just unexpected. Just wish I would have known sooner.
Bed was terrible.

location was ok
old, motel-type property. There was an attempt to cover up the old motel look with paint and facade updates but it didn’t do the job

Staff was friendly. Valet worked his ass off. Location was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.
Too expensive!!!!! Valet Parking when we arrived was crazy. Too many cars and people and not enough space and just one valet.

staff was not very helpful. one of the room keys did not work even after taking it back to have them fix it. then they charged one room to the card I had on file for the booking and one card that I originally had for the booking but updated months before.
