Will not visit again and would not advise anyone to visit it.
The only redeeming thing about this hotel is its staff - they were ok. The cleanliness was acceptable but nothing to write home about. The hotel is situated close to downtown. The rooms were relatively quiet.
The rooms were always cold, even when put to 25 C (which is the maximum). The heating would blow cold air precisely at places where people would sit or sleep. Netflix and/or Amazon were not included - and we were not even informed that it wasn't there or that there was an option to buy this. Why isn't there a bi-lingual heating command in a hotel that costs upwards of 200 CAD a night is a complete mystery - the buttons were in English but the LCD was all French. Customers should not have to use Google Translate to operate basic amenities in the room. The lack of real bathrooms is appalling - besides being incredibly inconvenient, I am amazed at whomever who had the shocking idea to put NO fan exhaust into the toilet room and then have that toilet room _vent_ _into_ _the_ _rest_ _of_ _the_ _hotel_ _room_??! Whoever architected that room should be architecting only shoeboxes for the rest of their life - and even that, only under supervision. An abysmal experience I'll be glad to promptly forget. I'll make sure to put in a bad word to all my friends and colleagues.

Great hotel for a few nights in Montreal
Nice modern hotel in perfect location to explore Montreal. Shopping area, Chinatown and Old Town are within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel offers breakfast menus in the restaurant, gym is lovely. Parking available.
Well the pricing for breakfast is a bit high, but it was lovely to have this possibility.

Parfait

I will still return to the AC the next time I visit Montreal!
This is my third stay. The location is great. The high ceilings make the room seem bigger. The pool is great, the hot tub is a great size but could be hotter. I wish there were pool towels at the pool. We had to go back to our rooms to get ours. Parking is tight. We had a Tesla. The hotel states 4 EV charging stations. There are four parking spots but 1 charger for two spots. We had to go down to the parking lot numerous times to check if the other car was complete. It would just be more efficient if the front desk had told us what time we should expect to connect our car to start the charge.

Good.
Wi-Fi was very weak and slow. Not enough performant. I know in my booking I had a microwave in my room. I didn't have no microwave in it. Plus, how does a room not have a microwave inside anyway? Exactly.

Ideal location in Downtown Montreal with excellent staff !
The Hotel is in great location walking distance to metros . It’s all also walking distance to Quartier de spectacles very happening place . Complex des Jardin is also opposite side of the hotel . Modern hotel with new furnitures , great lobby with lot of sitting space , the restaurant has good choice of food . The gym and other faculties are nice . The best thing in this hotel are the staff , they are awesome always trying to accommodate request and help ! Saima in front desk and Jermah helped me find a better room and accommodated my request . I am very thankful to them for the help .
The bathroom in some rooms have a very diffrent layout ! The sink is inside the room without wall or barrier ! The toilet has a separate small room . The standing shower is also a separate unit . Not like the conventional bathroom . They also have regular full size bathroom which is quite large with adequate facilities .
