Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Pool was unavailable, at breakfast no microwave to make oatmeal.
3.3
Nothing. Staff was extremely rude, we didn’t get the room we specifically booked and paid extra for, and we requested our room to be next to our kids room and they put us on completely separate floors.
Everything. Also the room was super super dirty.
3.3
Ok. Very little variety and ran out of plates on 2nd morning
Facility needs updating. Toilet ran constantly. HVAC unit excessively loud. Lots of noise from above and in hallway

location
no breakfast one day. no food

It was convenient for why we were in Rochester.
I didnt like the price, I booked back in January and it wasn't listed for that. It was a lot considering we had to check out before we could even eat the free breakfast and couldn't even swim because the pool was empty. Feel like the no pool thing should lower the cost a bit. Its not a bad hotel just not anything special either.
3.3
close to the hospital
dirty, poor ventilation

staff were all very helpful
bad location. Ran out of blankets ( and I had to it my own) , room was hot and AC would not kick on.

Breakfast was decent and serving lady was nice and helpful
We walked in with kids for check in and they had naked people on big TV in the main lobby and when I said something to the front desk lady, she said she's not really watching TV, which was not my point and she could have just switched channels. Then we found out their pool was out of service and not available at all. The bathtub had no stopper so we couldn't even take the bath. The check out time listed on booking.com is 12 pm but during breakfast time we found out it's 11 am , went to the front desk to confirm and it is 11am. Most of the issues could have been prevented if information was updated on your site

Nothing.
Cleanliness was atrocious.
3.3
Pool closed. Probably will never reopen
Carpets not vacuumed in hallways or stairwells
Garbages full outside
Slow to remove snow from sidewalks on hotel property

Thank you Jason and to all the staff at the Hotel.
I Liked everything about the hotel, I would come here a second time if I come back to Rochester.
Everything Was PERFECT.

I loved the staff for sure! All super friendly and helpful, it was me and my boyfriends first time getting a hotel so we weren’t fully sure if we did everything online correctly. But when we arrived we were greeted any a lovely young man who helped us with everything. The morning staff was also very nice and helped us check out.
I’ve been to many hotels with my family and I won’t lie, it was quite dirty. Our room was beautiful though. It was just the halls and elevator. But I know how hard it is to get people to work, especially in maintenance. It wasn’t that big of a deal to me or my boyfriend though. Nor did anyone else seem to care.

How close it was to down town
Elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor. There were not enough towels in the room for us.
3.3
The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. They could done something with all broken equipment in the lallways.
I did the bunt brown eggs at breakfast and they ran out off coffee cups on Sunday morning for my coffee. They also had the same kind of eggs again for breakfast

The staff was friendly
no cable for two days out of my three nights. Internet kept going in and out. bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Someone else’s hair was left in the shower on the bathroom floor. Also, it was dried up urine behind the toilet.
3.3
Nothing really.
It was old and very dirty.

Breaskfast and location was fine.
Pet fee was outrageous $100.00. We stayed at three other Inns on our trip one was $15.00, another $25.00, and the last $30.00. These were all acceptable fees. Also this Holiday Inn Express could not provide a bar of soup for the bathroom only body wash, which was in the shower. Will never recommend Holiday Inn Express to our retired friends or anyone else.
3.3
Facility was clean. Staff was nice.
At breakfast, pancake machine and juice machine was broken. No fresh fruit.
Pool was closed for maintenance. Door lock keys stopped working 3 different times and had to go to front desk to reset keys.

Location & Staff
Room needs to be cleaned better, hotel key card system was not working and instead of my booked 3 rooms they were only able to give me 1 room. Asked for a full refund of 1 room, hopefully I will get that.

Location
Hair from others in the bed and in the shower on the wall and blankets were ripped and had marker stains on it

The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay on my business trip. The wifi was great and I was able to work on projects after returning back to the hotel.
This is a really small thing, and really not a big deal, just when we came back to the hotel one night our room cards stopped working. I think they were doing some electrical panel work. Like I said, no big deal, we got it fixed at the front desk, it just would have sucked if we had gotten back any later and there was no one there.

Pool was closed

The front desk staff.
The room was full of mold and I am highly allergic. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I had an allergic reaction for two days afterward, including asthma.
When I checked in they sent me to a room that had people in it and I woke them up and they were upset. Then I had to carry my luggage all the way downstairs again and wait for them to reassign an open room. The front desk staff was awesome; but clearly there were communication issues.
I did not feel safe in the area the hotel was in. I walked to an Apple Bees for dinner and the waitress was honest with me and told me I was in the ghetto and should not walk home. I ended up paying $11 for an Uber when it would have been a 7 min walk. After that, as a single woman, I was pretty terrified all night.
The a/c is only a very old window air conditioner even though they made it "look" like real a/c with a wall unit. The air quality was absolutely horrible.
