Bad and felt unsafe

Location

Rooms were not ready on time and we had to sit in the lobby for over an hour waiting for a room. The dishwasher was falling out of the wall. The grip bar in the bathroom was by the shower head which if used caused the water to flow into the floor causing a slip danger. A trash bag full of dirty laundry sat by the second floor elevator for two days. This is an unsafe and poorly run hotel. Would never stay again for safety issues

Perfect setup for family to celebrate our 12th birthday of our great-grandson!

My husband is a disabled veteran and it would have been nice for him to be on the first floor instead of the 4th floor.

Nice property but management was rude and charged more than our booking rate.

The room was well equipped.

Staff Kitchen appliances that didnt work. Being charged more than our booking price. Having to constantly get our cards reprogrammed so we could get into our room.

Perfect if you don’t have a pet.

The property was outstanding and hotel staff was very friendly.

The pet fee at $75 assessment is much too expense for one night. We didn’t have a pet on our stay in August but will have a 4 year old Corgi on our return trip. .Therefore we can’t justify booking another stay on our return to Texas in September.

The view, social hour, and layout of the suite were all pleasantly surprising. We know we will be staying there on our next trip to Hot Springs

The view in our second room of the lake.

Our first room was crawling with cockroaches and ants. Subsequent to our complaint we were moved to a room on the 2nd floor which had no bugs. Early in the evening we asked for toilet paper. It was denied. We were told to wait until the following morning. Subsequent to a call to corporate offices, the hotel clerk dropped off toilet paper angrily stating she had to go to several rooms to get the toilet paper.

Good Breakfast. Patio area behind hotel overlooking part of lake.

Speed bump coming in drive. A little overpriced on weekends. Bed alittle hard.

Disappointing

Lady staffer was very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was small. The pool was cold. There was a flooding incident in the parking lot & I got my shoes soaked getting into the car. 1 of the 2 dryers didn't work so had to wait a long time to get clothes dry. Bed was sinking on 1 side.

It was a nice area around the lake. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great!

The dishwasher leaked. There wasn’t a blanket for the pullout bed. The toilet was to close to the door. the pictures were a bit deceiving on the size of the room.

Disappointing staff

The facility was nice and clean.

I picked this facility especially to take my son swimming. Arrived in plenty of time to do so and the staff could not " figure out " how to open the pool area and them lied and said the pool hours had changed. Very disappointing and if I had know this I would have stayed somewhere else.
