I didn’t even stay one night and got charged 630 bucks horrible

I booked my appointment online when I got there they said they canceled it cause they didn’t charge me enough. So I left went to another motel that was more professional and instead of canceling the first motel charged me again and I never even stayed there still waiting for a refund. The personal were very unprofessional and unclean. The building was clean.

The staff was terrible the worst I’ve ever seen.

Absolutely the best!

My husband I stayed here for our 3 year wedding anniversary. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. (It also smelt very nice in the room) We had a studio styled room with a little kitchen that included dishes for our use. We didn’t request cleaning during our stay for our own privacy but based on how neatly the room was when we arrived the first day, I’d have to say the cleaning is done very well. Despite the breakfast being a grab and go style, the hotel still offered a good range of items to choose from! The staff was friendly and helpful and I would absolutely recommend staying here in the future!

Tolles Hotel mit hohem Komfort.

Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch, sehr Familienfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind modern hell und gut ausgestattet, das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Im Zimmer gab es Geschirr (Porzellan!) und eine halbe Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Zwischen Bett und Sofa kann man einen Vorhang ziehen. So gibt es etwas Privatsphäre für die Leute, die auf dem Bettsofa schlafen. Es gibt Tisch und Bürostuhl, auch ideal um zu arbeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch 4-Beiner sind willkommen, müssen aber angemeldet werden.

water pressure wasnt what i hoped for. i know it was set the way it was to conserve but that should be the guests option. i really enjoy hard water pressure.

Great Vacation

The place was super nice, great view, and very clean. The bed was so comfy, and the people there was so nice. Will be back.

They didn’t care about guests having no hot water.

Location was nice. And I like the kitchenette in the rooms. It makes it easier to prepare food for my family.

The luggage carts all have broken wheels. I was barely able to navigate my luggage to my room with one. Breakfast sandwiches tasted stale. No hot water at all on our last day. I was told that I was checking out so there was nothing they could do for compensation.

It was a comfortable stay.

It’s clean and it has everything you need as if you were at home. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.

That the price change to a higher price then what the website said I would be paying and I don’t think that was right.

Ok overall - but staff hides behind the wall a lot.

Unable to have the breakfast - families with too many children in the area. I paid to get a lake view and it was really just a parking lot and roofs of the places in front of the hotel. Also, needed another pillow on our bed. Overall it was ok. Probably will try other places next time. Thanks

Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts, but still all processed foods. Would like to seem some more fresh fruit, or sliced cheese or meats.

the place was nice, staff was nice, food was bad!

beautiful views of the lake.

continental breakfast was a joke, you had to microwave the eggs one morning and the bagel sandwich the next morning . I do not use a microwave at all in my home or anywhere else. that was very disappointing. Prevage’s food , not good!!
