Location was beautiful, right on the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The price was high for the quality of the property. The bathroom was gross. Breakfast was nasty. Pool was foggy, looked dirty. Mold growing in the stair hallway.

The location was right on the water with a beautiful outdoor patio and pool overlooking the water. The staff was exceptionally friendly all around, from the front counter at check in, to the housekeeping and breakfast staff. Parking is ample and free and very safe and well lit. Breakfast is clean, with multiple options both hot and cold, and though it ends at 9AM, I walked in at 3 minutes before 9 and everything was still hot and full. There is a snack/good closet filled with everything from cookies, candies, chips, to microwave meals and drinks, and you pay at the front counter. Also a restaurant/bar.
The hotel is advertised as pet friendly and as I am disabled and travel with a service animal, I look for these places on purpose. Though it certainly was much nicer in many ways than most, there really was no place to walk pets, unless I just missed it altogether. I got an accessible room and the bed was comfortable and nicely decorated and didn't smell, was easy to get to, but, there was unfortunately a stain on the bottom sheet near the head that appeared brownish yellow in color. I always travel with my own blankets and pillows so was willing to look past that until I went in the bathroom and found a very long brown hair hanging from the toilet seat and I am blonde. Then the bath mat for the tub had a short black curly hair embedded in it when I unfolded it to use after my bath. The shower head was very very dirty, both the handle and the head itself. Finally when I laid down in bed and looked up at the ceiling, there was black mold all along the entire length of the ceiling and I'm asthmatic, but by then it was past 10pm, and too late to check out and find another place after already driving several hours. The restaurant/bar is not open.

Good location and reasonable price.
Need more variety to breakfast bar and room need updating.

I liked the breakfast options and the property looks in general in public areas. The staff was also super kind and helpful!
I didn’t like that I had to pay extra money to be able to have breakfast (according to online booking) and then was able to eat breakfast without question or voucher, the pool wasn’t open till 11am so kiddo couldn’t enjoy before leaving, it was murky and full of bugs and leaves with a hose hanging in it, and our rooms ceilings were covered in what could have been very big amounts of dust but looked more like black mold all across.

We really enjoyed our stay very much. We were impressed with the cleanliness, the staff were wonderful. Our room was amazing, they give us 6 pillows ( that just never happens lol ) we actually stayed in the room more than anything it was so comfortable and roomy we just felt very at home . We have stayed at other places higher in price and this one exceeded our expectations. Definitely will go back .
The only thing I found was the tub could use a re caulking ( this is mostly my OCD) that was it

The staff was amazing and it was very clean
It overlooked the lake

The lakeside patio area was nice. Staff was really pleasant.
When I turned off the TV to go to sleep, I heard a pretty loud tapping noise that made it very hard to fall asleep. I was on the 3rd floor, so I initially thought it was an A/C unit on the roof. Then it sounded like it may be coming from behind the refrigerator. Either way, it was much too late to call the desk and try to change rooms, plus my things were all unpacked. I reported the noise when I checked out the next morning at 11:00. I will probably return to staying at the Hampton Inn where the checkout time is 12:00 and the rooms are quieter. Also, the parking lot was very cramped primarily due to the # of bass boats parked in it.

I stayed here with my grandson for the November 8, 2024 Total Eclipse.
I have PTSD and was looking for a relaxing atmosphere for us and my service dog Willie to rejuvenate close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown. They did not disappoint!
It was immediately apparent that it was a friendly, relaxing, and family appropriate property.
We especially enjoyed the guest only deck/dock/swimming area. At a time when Hot Springs was swarmed with tourists there to view the eclipse we had an incredible guest only place to view the eclipse with the family of the owners. We loved it! It couldn’t have been more perfect! They even put out soda on ice for us which they didn’t have to do but showed their kindness and hospitality.
Breakfast was included which had an amazing variety of hot and cold choices… eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, pancakes, pastries, yogurt, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruit, juices, milk, and coffee. My grandson is a picky eater and found more than enough to love and fill his tummy.
The hotel is the perfect size to have plenty of amenities (including a little shop with snacks) but not so big that it’s overcrowded in the common areas.
Although the prices of all hotels was increased during the eclipse it was still very reasonable. We arrived in Hot Springs a little after noon and weren’t due to check in until 5pm. Because the room was already cleaned they allowed us to check in early. This was much appreciated after having been driving for several hours to get there.
I have nothing but positive things to remember and share about them.
We have definitely found our “home away from home” when we visit Hot Springs!

I liked the outside with the lake, pool, outside lounging and fire pits
The air conditioning in our room made this terrible loud noise and it kept us awake. When we would get to sleep it would wake us up

I enjoy our lake views from the room

Good location. Clean facility. Very comfy bed. Nice view of lake from my window but window was dirty outside.
OJ dispenser broken. Toaster in awkward location and malfunctioned occasionally, failing to eject the toast and burning it. I asked for salsa for my scrambled eggs And was directed to The condiments but no salsa available there. The door to my room did not close fully on its own and needed to be pulled or pushed shut.

It was clean and convenient to Hot Springs
There were 8 pillows on the bed and all were hard. Usually some are soft.

The beds were comfortable and the room seemed secure enough.
Hotel is an inconvenient drive from everything, shower floor had mold in it, check in was stressful. We couldn't enjoy any of the outdoor stuff because there was drunk men outside drinking beer trying to talk to everyone that came down until like 2 AM.

Very clean, nicely decorated. Great location. The lakefront views were spectacular. Reasonable prices, very affordable. Breakfast was good. Didn’t like the pancake maker. The pancakes were very small but taste good. There is a bar on site overlooking the lake as well. Good food. Have live entertainment. The staff was so friendly. I would definitely be back over and over again.
Only the pancake machine 😊

The hotel was in a first class location with easy access to local restaurants. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and breakfast good with plenty of options. The highlight was the location by the lake where beds and chairs were plentiful. Finally, all members of staff were helpful.
Nothing.
4.5
The room and bed was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed.
Would have loved to had a room with the lake view, but not a deal breaker.

This vacation was for my children and I. The stay here and overall experience was great. The location was perfect for restaurants, shopping, and anymore. The staff was wonderful. Most of all I felt safe. When I come back to Hot Springs next year, this will be the location of choice. Also they have very good breakfast.
I was told that housekeeping would be extra.

Close to lake. Breakfast was awesome. Love Pancake Maker.
Smelled weed all the time in elevator, outside, it was guests not property though.

The location was great. That had good breakfast and a friendly staff.
The room wasn’t as clean as it could be! I found items from the previous guest in the room. I always bring my own cleaning supplies when traveling with my children, so I did not complain.
3.5
Breakfast exceeded our expectations a variety of choices coffee was great
Cleanliness corners were dirty carpet was dirty most of the room doors on the 4th floor had stains/grease on them

The room and bed were very large and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property s
3.5
The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Lots of space. Good location.
There were very few luggage carts. The room across from the elevator was not my choice (very noisy at all hours), and the view was of the backside of the exterior entryway. Bathtub and toilet didn’t look super clean.

Beautiful location by lake
Need more elevators
4.5
The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Beautiful location right on Lake Hamilton. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
There wasn’t a lot of selection at the breakfast buffet

Breakfast was reasonable
The bed we slept in had lots of bugs in it. My son, myself and members of other family that we came with, are all having bug bites and rashes, all over the body.
AC was loud and leaking water.
One of the worst experiences in terms of staying in the hotel.

The staff and live music

Love love love this property the only place we will stay from now on when we visit Hot Springs. Great facility, bar with entertainment, and snacks can be purchased and paid for at the front desk. Great for families and kids!!!!!
4.0
Quiet location, no traffic, helpful staff, 6 pillows with king size bed.
Standard hotel breakfast, noisy bathroom fan.
4.5
I was allowed to have my dog. (for $50)
The bar area was excellent. Loved the live music and the pizza!
The breakfast was cold and therefore unedible. They need a microwave in the eating area. I had to take my breakfast to my room to use the microwave.
3.5
The breakfast was ok. Biscuits were very small and hard. The bacon was not fully cooked. But eveything else was ok.
My tub was not clean it still had the ring around it so I went got some bleach and clean it my self. My floor was not swept good. It had things like tooth picks and dental floss aroun fthe bed and under the desk and paper and candy wrappings. Not a lot but noticiable.
