Confortable et calme

Le service de navettes, même si ce n'est pas simplement un problème de l'hôtel (plutôt de l'aéroport) qui était confus (d'abord une navette pour changer de terminal puis la navette de l'hôtel) et par conséquent long un peu plus de renseignements préalables auraient été bienvenus.

Where is my money back?

I'm still waiting for my money back. They ask to me, at the check in moment, to pay 25 dollars like caution. It pass more than a month and they still have my money. Booking is not answering or helping me. Fairfield is not answering me. And so?

I enjoyed my stay and would book again.

I love the price it was very affordable. As well as the free breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the building was not noisy at all. Room service and the staff were friendly. Our entire trip was comfortable.

I loved everything except for the location. It was very beneficial to be by the airport but a bit far from some attractions or things to do. Other than that the stay was perfect.

It's ok if you need to stay near by the airport.

Big rooms. Breakfast is ok.

We specifically requested a quiet room, and unfortunately an alarm went off all night long, so we couldn't really sleep. Also curtains didn't close properly, so light was coming straight in through the big lamp right in front of the window.

Very Nice Stay

The property was located really close to the airport and it looked well kept.

The bath tub was very worn out and was in need of a new bathtub. It looked dirty.

Won’t choose to stay again

Breakfast was great with many choices that included grits and oatmeal.

$12 unexpected parking fee. Full sized beds instead of queen sized led to a night of uncomfortable sleeping for 4 people. Treadmill screens were missing in exercise room, though not a dealbreaker. However, the temperature showed 68 degrees but felt much warmer.

Fantastic staff and excellent value for money.

The shuttle bus was easy to find and only took 7-10 minutes. Easy and professional checkin. First impressions were 'nicer than i expected'. comfortable bedsm large room. The staff were amazing. We had flown in late from Australia and we were hungry. They helped us order some food to be delivered. Very clean. gym equipment clean and in good working order. Nice breakfast with lots of options,

Very subpar shuttle service to airport.

Close location to airport.

A bunch of us were waiting in the lobby for the 3:30am shuttle to airport. Supposedly the driver walked into the back of the lobby briefly and then left. He never said anything to anyone about a shuttle leaving. We were sitting staring out the front door the whole time. We had to call an Uber. So if needing a shuttle to airport I would not recommend this property.

The location, breakfast, cleaness of the rooms.

The fitness center had 4 machines and two of them don't work. The lobby bathroom wasn't always clean. There's a ticket that gives you the option for laundry and drycleaners. I found out there's no laundry after giving it to the cleaning staff.

hassle to get to from international terminal

bed was ok and pretty clean.

the ‘free shuttle’ is only from the domestic terminal and to get to domestic from the international terminal takes longer than to get to the hotel!

Will never stay here again….. No customer service. To bad they are part of the Bonvoy program.

convenient to airport, airport shuttle was great, decent breakfast.

when I checked in late at night, I asked if it was possible for a late checkout as I didn’t need to go back to the airport until a 5:30pm departure. The night clerk said I could have a 2 pm checkout. Normal is noon. The next day the front desk called and said it was not noted in my file of any granted request of a late checkout and told me I had to get out NOW! I said that wasn’t possible as I had just gotten out of the shower and that I would leave as soon as possible. I said I had been granted a late departure and they said there was no proof of that and I said I’m sorry if their clerk had not written it down. They essentially were calling me a liar. The front desk said they would call me back in 30 mins and I should be out. I would have been out by noon if this request had not been granted as I’m not in the habit of not following the rules. This was not good customer service, why would I lie about something as simple as a granted late departure. If this is not a policy, then it should be taken up with the night clerk, not make me feel like I was a criminal for overstaying by an hour. I was out by one. The day front desk clerk was very rude to me! The maids can’t clean every room at noon so they should have believed me and not been so nasty and telling me to get out NOW!

If you think whether to book or not, don't think. Book. Hotel is really nice!!

Actually, everything was great. Stuff, big spacious room, cleaned every day. Shuttle bus every 30 minutes if you want to go to the airport...

Internet speed could be better, but worked all the time, without interruptions, so it's not a minus.
