Trevligt med mycket att uppleva

Bra frukost. Lite enformigt bara när man stannar fler dagar. Läget i staden med närhet till tunnelbana var perfekt.

Det var separata kranar på handfatet för varmt/kallt vatten. Ingen allmän taklampa. Lyhört om man är känslig. Särskilt om man som vi har rum nära hissarna.

Very disappointed with The Hyatt, Grand Central. Some quality control would go along way. Cost have been cut everywhere

Great location. Large lobby with aircon and couches.

We stayed in room 2967. The floor had not been vacuumed, it was so filthy we wore footwear in our room so our feet wouldn’t touch the carpet. One bed had a stain on the bottom sheet. The mattresses were worn out, memory foam but so old that the beds had weird angles on them when you lay down. Our room had a wooden box on the window sill that had rubbish and a pair of tongs inside. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms anymore. Basic tv channels with ads every 5 mins. The maître d at the hotel restaurant/bar, an older lady, was possibly the most awful server I’ve met in hospitality. So rude and sassy! We were shocked by her inexcusable rudeness we decided not to dine there. No drinking water available anywhere, it’s expected you purchase plastic bottled water from The Market in the lobby.

Gostei apenas da localização.

O primeiro quarto que recebi não estava bom. Tinha um odor forte de cigarro, o cofre estava destruído, a cortina era muito curta o que ocasionava o alagamento do banheiro, não tinha lugar para apoiar os objetos no banheiro, o único espelho do quarto não dava para ver o pé e por último, o telefone não funcionava. Enfim, o quarto 3025 tem que ser desativado e completamente reformulado. Detestei o atendimento na recepção. Todos grosseiros e mal educados. Falta no hotel máquinas de água e refrigerante. Falta um restaurante acessível para café da manhã e lanches.

La cama y almohadas, el market dentro del hotel y la limpieza.

Tardaron 45 minutos en hacer el check in, con una fila enorme. Los servicios en la habitación no eran de un hotel 4 estrellas, solo había dos vasos de plástico, no vasos de vidrio, ni cafetera, nada en el frigobar. Nos cobraron para guardar las valijas 4 hs hasta que salió el avión.

Convenient, pretentious with no substance, adequate, unremarkable.

The location was great!

There were not many accommodations. The beds were not entirely comfortable. The AC only worked when we were in the room so we tried to get the temp down but had to wait a long while for it to kick in. The shower was slightly grimy, we found what looked like a prune (hopefully) on the ground. Overall the price was not worth the stay. Over $500.00 a night and you expect a little better.

Gostei da localização, ao lado da estação grande central. A acomodação é boa, tem geladeira. O local é seguro. Oferecem amenidades, tem secador. Dentro da estação tem muitos restaurantes e cafeterias.

Apesar de oferecerem US$15.00 para o café da manhã em uma cafeteria que se encontra dentro do hotel, não dá para comprar quase nada, achei bem caro. Para guardar as malas, foi cobrado U$4,00/mala. Apesar de oferecerem as amenidades no primeiro dia, precisei solicitar por mais, pois não houve reposição nos dias seguintes.

Ze hebben mijn creditcard 3x gebruikt, en ze waren niet bereid om die extra reserveringen op mijn creditcard weg te halen. De vloermanger zogenaamd Santos was waardeloze persoon, die weet niks van mensheid of gastvrijheid. Echt zonde om zo een personeel als manger op die locatie hebben. Verpest zowel voor de eigenaar als de gasten. Hij was niet eens bereid om fatsoenlijk te communiceren gelijk commanderen. Echt een eikel sorry dat ik het op deze manier zeg, maar een hond heeft meer gevoelens dan die manger.

Literie et emplacement. Taille des chambres correcte

Personnel peu aimable et peu disponible. Pas de nécessaire pour le café dans les chambres. Des prestations en dessous d’un 4 étoiles. Une prise signalée défaillante dans la salle de bains et non réparée pendant tout le séjour. Concierge à qui il faut arracher les infos… et j’en passe.

Emplacement idéal à côté de Grand Central

Les chambres auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement, les sanitaires aussi. Le mitigeur de la douche était complètement grippé et l’écoulement ne se fermait plus. Les seules “ verres” à disposition pour boire quelque chose sont des gobelets ultra minces. Aucun gel douche (depuis la pandémie !!!) et il faut réclamer les bonnets de douche. Aucune bouilloire ou machine à café dans les chambres et pas de coffee shop non plus dans l’hôtel. Ayant déjà séjourné dans d’autres établissements 4* de NY celui-ci exploite de toute évidence son emplacement et oublie un peu le reste. Sinon le personnel est tout à fait aimable 😊

The hotel was very nice. The service and people were joyful and helpful. The location was great. However, our double bedroom had a very small bathroom. There were three of us in a bedroom with just one sink. Otherwise, everything was great.

The size of the bathroom was for one person, but there were 3 in the room.

Great location. Big, clean and comfortable room with great view. $15 daily allowance per room to spend at market in the lobby.

Even though we were given one of their best rooms on the 34th floor, we could hear noises coming from the plumbing in the bathroom walls

The location is good - but that’s about it

- no room service - no restaurant - no laundry service - very dated rooms and worn off furniture - dark interior - overpriced convenience store in the lobby - staff unfriendly and unhelpful - high price

Overall a very good experience

The hotel is excellently located, very close to Grand Central Station and a few minutes away from Times Square. Rooms were quite big and clean and at check in you’d receive a 15$ daily budget to spend on coffee/ muffins/ bagels/ fruits at the market located in the lobby.

It was quite cold in the rooms even if you’d turn the heater on also due to the fact that doors weren’t closed hermetically and you could feel the cold coming in from beneath the door. Also, the budget of 15$ was only partially covering a decent breakfast ( enough only for 2 small coffees and 1 muffin - for a family of 3).

Albergo grande il posiziona ottimo. fianco alla Grand Central station

Il posizione e’ il migliore in assoluto. La stanza grande con 2 letti matrimoniali e’ molto spaziosa con la vista su Crysler Building, il più bello edificio di tutta New York.

Lo staff per church in sono pochi e molto molto lenti che faceva le code lunghissime ogni giorno.

It’s a great location in central to everything I needed

It’s a bit outdated rooms are dingy. I had rust in erosion all in my bathroom, which made me feel a little bit nervous. Also, my AC stopped working. Had to call support twice to fix it.
