Excelente localização e café da manhã.

Estrutura. Gentileza de alguns funcionários. Tamanho do quarto. Micro-ondas e frigobar. Café da manhã excelente e ótima localização. Gostamos muito do hotel.

As toalhas eram retiradas e devolvidas sempre em quantidade menor todos os dias. Limpeza do quarto poderia ser melhor.

A very well thought out room and facilities.

Loved the fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine in the room, which was spacious. The shower was fabulous too, a good jet stream going, I didn’t want to get out. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the inclusive breakfast very handy. What I was more chuffed about as a coffee-holic was the fact that there was free hot coffee in reception any time of the day or night with selection of milks or creamers. This was extremely welcome. The property is also a short drive away from my favourite shopping place, the Mall at Millenia (which has a Cheesecake Factory in it - double bonus)! Also the hotel was very accommodating when I arrived earlier than the official check in time, this was very much appreciated. The other thing that made my life easier was carts or bell boy type carts in the hotel foyer which made taking the luggage up to the room a breeze.

The only thing I really missed in the room was not having a chest of drawers for underwear etc, this did seem odd to me but maybe it’s a British thing. Also the area might not be suitable for some as near quite a busy road but for me this made getting places very easy.

Safe, clean, really nice breakfast

The personal at the front desk was extremely welcoming, really nice, friendly and even game my baby a goodie bag for thanksgiving. Really nice products at the bathroom and I really liked my breakfast.

Rooms are quite small but they are fine.

phone was broken, tv didn’t work, people in hallway until 2 am loud and crazy. when told staff in am they asked why didn’t you call? what?????? omg are you serious!!! not happy 😣

a litany of errors and disappointment

We booked a room and they said we never booked it. They ended up giving us a room and there was already someone staying in the room! We had access to all of their possessions and personal items. We told the staff and they gave us another room. The new room was much smaller than we originally booked. We booked the rooms for family friends for a wedding and it was outright embarrassing how many errors occurred. I will never book this place again.

Breakfast, beds, and spacious rooms were all great as well as being pet friendly.

A 'dog area' was advertised but a couple small grass patches in the parking lot hardly qualifies. Our dogs were frightened by the noise and vehicle commotion, would have liked a designated area since that was what we were led to believe we were getting based on advertisements.

Breakfast was the only thing that was good.

Room was too small for my family of 4 Shower doors made very loud squeaky noise.and shower head fell off. Beds were full not queen. Limited parking spaces.

good breakfast, comfy beds and rooms used the nice heated pool in January! on site Park planner in morning and on the free bus shuttle; or 20 min walk to Universal:excellent restos nearby, Millers Alehouse and Border Mexican is really good

could use an update on decor. The bolt lock needed to be fixed, it was broken. It would be nice if the shuttle service ran a little later than park closures.

Look elsewhere. There are a multitude of choices in Orlando.

The breakfast was ok compared to places like the Hampton. Decent selection and average food.

The room smelled. I sprayed the carpet and rug with Fabreeze but it didn't help. The carpet needed replacement. The shower handle was broken but the hotel repaired it when I brought it to their attention. The light for the sink was poor so I guessed at combing my hair. The sink was outside the bathroom so I woke my wife up shaving and drying my hair. They charged for bottled water. And the the price was on the high end for a Holiday Inn Express. The only reason I stayed there was because our friends booked there and we were traveling together.

we had a comfortable, clean, safe place to stay that was minutes away from the parks. This is our second stay here and w

the rooms were clean and housekeeping came by every day while we were gone to the parks. the pool is open late and towels are provided outside. the breakfast had a lot of options and they tasted good as well.

the microwave in our room had no turntable and it was dirty. the telephone (does anyone still use those?) took up the whole top of the nightstand. no room for phones to charge, nowhere to put my glasses, book..etc.
