Nice rooms
It smelt of marijuana throughout the whole building. In the lobby. In the elevators. In the restaurant. In my room on the 20th floor.

Good location to Houston attractions. Generally clean space. Lobby and conference areas were nice.
Additional amenities were non-existent. Staff was not very helpful in explaining current conditions of hotel issues.

We arrived super late 1am and there was some one there right away to greet us with a smile.
The property was super clean and very well kept right down to all the plants looking amazing

This hotel is neither Royal, nor Sonesta. The upgraded corner suite was a poor life decision on my part. In addition the overwhelming aroma of "musty crotch", Aqua Di Gio, and Stawberry Astroglide have led me to the conclusion that "Tricks had been Turned" quite recently in the room.

We enjoyed the location, in the middle of the Galleria area and convenient to the University and not a bad drive from the airport. Stayed here twice and both rooms were clean and comfortable.
I would have liked a pool or hot tub at the facility.

Well for a 5 star hotel the heas boards were damaged and rippes, the toilet paper was a 1 ply style. For a 5 star it was not up to my standard when you pay high dollar prices.
The room was also very small, but for the price of the room you should atleast get free breakfast. But the damage head boards really brought down the quality and integrity of room. It looked very cheap to have damaged bed and 1 ply toilet paper.

For the amount that was paid I was shocked that there were no microwaves or refrigerators in the room. However, the bed made up for it. SUPER COMFORTABLE!!!
No gym! No pool? No breakfast?

Service & customer service were poor

The room was spacious and nice and the staff at the reception and at the restaurant is very kind, but you need to be aware there is a mandatory daily fee of $19 that includes 2 bottles of water and a $10 voucher at the coffee shop (one per day). I read the “fine prints” a day after checking in and they kindly gave me a refund.

the high floor room and the city view from the room
cleaning of the room, I checked in and found some of stuff are still there from. people before me, the room AC is not good as it get hot with time working, room service u need to coordinate and ask for it everyday or they will not do it, the cleaners very weed smily that u need to clean the room after they leave,
and many other so do not waste your money

Location was convenient and the surrounding area provided a number of options for recreation.
Bathroom needs to be renovated to match the modern feel of the property. Also, the Security Team in the garages actually need to conduct roving patrols to ensure the property is protected instead of sitting in their patrol car watching customers drive by.
