It’s was ok.

Staff was friendly.

Hard to understand staff, no direction of where to park. Machine for entering and exit was broken, elevator was broken. Staff couldn’t multitask, also couldn’t answer certain questions. Bed also felt weird. Water in tub was running all night.

Very disappointed in this place. We expected this from a motel 6 or a Days Inn(literally next door to the hotel) but no

Breakfast buffet staff and food were great. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was courteous and attentive.

Front desk clerk had broken English and we had a hard time understanding each other. She couldn’t understand that rent name was Dave, short for David and that made the check in process take way too long. She couldn’t figure out how to enter my email address. There was no body wash in the shower, there was a dispenser but it was empty. After a long day at Disneyland we just wanted to shower and with no soap we were forced to just rinse off After eating at the buffet, I tired to use the lobby restroom and there was no toilet paper in the only stall. There were two empty rolls so you could tell it was a long while since it was checked. Glass elevator shaft needs to be cleaned badly. Lots of trash and leaves from the tree stuck on all the exterior railing all the way up to the 4th floor where we stayed. Hot tub water had a green tint to it.

How close it was to Disneyland and that we got a bottom floor

Upon entering the room it looked dirty. No towels or bath mat was provided I had to go to lobby to as for towels and toilet paper. They said they were going to send small towels to the room since they don’t carry them in the front and I never got them. The sink was dirty.

I would never return to this hotel!

Location was great, very close to Disneyland parks.

My initial room was dirty. The shower had hair and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The water pressure in the shower was also terrible. One of the beds seemed like it was broken. When you would sit on it, it would make a sound and was not comfortable at all! The floor was also dirty we all refused to walk around bare foot from fear of who knows what was on there. When I went to let the front desk employee know my concerns he looked at me rude and didnt seem happy about me asking to move rooms. I actually tried to cancel my stay and move to another hotel but the app I used to book the hotel wouldn’t allow me to change it anymore. The app I booked thru also said it was $29 per night for parking but the staff charged 75 per night and said I couldn’t do anything about it.

The parking was. Close to my room that was a plus.

I didn’t not like that house keeping tried to get in my room at 9:30 without saying housekeeping very rude had my partner not latched the top security latch they would have gotten in grant it that we needed to check out by 11 am so we still had time made me feel very uncomfortable. This property could be more clean the towels had hairs so who ever does laundry doesn’t do a good job remember people need to have clean towels not ones that have other peoples hairs that is super nasty. Over all I am super disappointed.

It was overall a great value, but could improve in some key areas

It was very convenient due to it’s proximity to Disneyland and accessing transportation was simple.

The stuff didn’t know the best form of transportation. When we called the front desk to ask about the bus system we were recommended to walk to the park. Which would have been .5 miles. He then stated Uber would be quicker and cheaper when in reality the bus was cheaper and quicker

Anbefales dersom man skal til Disneyland, er så kort avstand at vi gikk til/fra.

Helt enkelt fint hotell nært Disneyland. Store rom, hyggelige ansatte, bra renhold og romslig parkering. Prisen var ikke astronomisk høy men litt i overkant ettersom de nok utnytter sin lokasjon nær Disney.

Ikke noe særlig å sette fingeren på her faktisk

Disappointed that the room had a bathtub instead of a shower for a handicapped person.

I loved the size of the bathroom, it was nice and comfortable for a handicapped room. My companion also liked the flow and convenience of the shower/water.

I did not like that the bathroom had a bath tub instead of a shower which made it impossible for me to take a shower this morning. My companion said also that the bathtub was slippery and there was no anti-slip bath mat.

Perfect affordable hotel for a Disneyland visit.

The pool area was really nice with lots of palm trees and greenery. Good vacation feel. Super close to Disneyland for a reasonable price. Also had ev chargers. On-site bar/restaurant was decent too. We could see the Disney fireworks from the hotel. they go almost every night so if you think you’ll be sleeping at 9:30 they will likely wake you up.

Not what I was expecting

Room’s didn’t properly get cleaned the house keeper crew stole our property from our room and we still had to pay $30 a night for parking Traffic is loud rooms right next to the freeway

Easy to get to Disneyland and LAX, Huntington Beach Restaurant is good and pool is excellent. Issue I had was no maid service and now you have to Pay $30 a nite to park!! Wasn’t like that the last time.

The quality in general. I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is not exposed. The stairs look like they’re about to fall apart. In my area there was no elevator so I had to go up 5!!! Floors with heavy luggage. BRAND NEW BY THE WAY. I have receipts to even prove it and now it’s all scratched up from me trying to go up 5 flights of stairs that are so unstable. The location is surrounded busy highways as well. Apart from the desk agent being ridiculous. They automatically assumed I didn’t have a room. Showed them Id but nothing. Then I showed them my confirmation number and magically he found me. He then processed to question me like he’s a detective because I had my bf’s card. Which has never been an issue and just dismissed me. The hospitality is definitely not here. Also the tub is stained YELLOW!!!

What i liked most was the excellent customer service from ALL the staff. From the first phone call to the last person I spoke with. I was referred to Dy, who offered us a discount group room rate, breakfast and parking. Torise was excellent. Always in communication with me. She made sure all went smoothly for our group. Room Keys were ready for our group when we arrived. Check in was a quick smooth process. Breakfast buffet was great. Enough variety. Restaurant prices, hours open, and food were just right. Restaurant staff were all friendly. All my group enjoyed their stay.

Garbage cans in rooms were not lined with a garbage bags. Only one extra toilet roll. When more 3 or 4 people share the same room, leave extra toilet paper. With Housekeeping being every other day, you run out of toilet paper. One of our rooms , had 4 Female guests, they had to ask for more toilet paper twice. She asked for 2 extra rolls. She was told, We only give one at a time. We are short on toilet paper. Bed mattress was lumpy. I prefer a firmer mattress.

Will never go back to another four points Sheraton

It was close to Disneyland

The sink was clogged, they don’t service the rooms daily even when requested and don’t change the sheets when they do make the room up. Very disappointing for a Sheraton

I was just ok.

Price was good.

The room was ok til I saw a roach in the bathtub. The floor wasn’t swept. Bed made a lot of noise when just sitting on it not to mention not a very comfortable mattress or pillows.
