The weekend was well enjoyed I did get rest just make sure you accommodate peoples request!!

How they cook your breakfast fresh in the morning, the rooms were very clean.

They didn’t accommodate our request.

Location is great.

Breakfast wasn’t free, I didn’t know that it would be charged to my room, all the times that I stayed here I thought it was included in my stay until I looked at my bank account.

If they do a deep cleaning it will be a great hotel

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The carport was filthy. Not only in my room but in the hall and lobby. The sofa and chair in my room was also filthy. They had large stains all over both. The shower head need to be changed. Dirt and lime all over it.

I honestly wish I could write something good about my stay but other then the location and the breakfast it was not plea

the location was a plus and the breakfast was amazing

the room smelled like mildew, the carpet was filthy, the room wasn’t what I had booked and the front desk clerk was not interested in helping us with what we booked

I liked the location.

I didn't like the experience I had. 1. My room was not prepared when I arrived. It came equipped with a cart of tools and unmade beds. 2. The replacement room had someone sleeping in it. 3. The third room was very uncomfortable as I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and after the run around was finally given a King suite. I had 4 ppl with me which I noted before I booked my room and we all had to pile in that small King bed because the bed inside the couch looked broken. 4. Next morning I went to the front desk to discuss with the clerk about getting me a room with 2 queen beds as I paid for and she commence to give me an attitude stating that I was given an upgrade to a King suite and basically should have been satisfied with that. 5. She was able to get me into a double before my family and I left for the event we came for. 6. The final room was decent and way more comfortable for us than the king room.

Location was good but i would not stay here again.

I liked the location and the lady at the front desk was really nice and she was a really hard worker

The hotel rooms were alot older then the other Holiday inns that i have stayed at and the tub in the room did not drain good at all. There were stains on the carpet inthe rooms and in the hallway and the hotel had a wet smell to it.

The stay was horrible will not stay there again!!!

The bed was ok

The breakfast was not at all what was advertised on line and was not appealing Smelled like someone smoked drugs outside my room and I had no hot water the second day.

Welcomed, warm and slept well

The staff was very nice. They were very accommodating. Hotel was clean and amenities were filled

Overall very close to the conference and accommodating when asked about moving rooms.

We had a bad first night because of others being extremely loud . We were able to get moved to another room which was very quiet.

The couch bed was very hard to open out and had to ask for sheets and a pillow/blanket.

It was alright except for the heat.

The lobby was very cleaned the Night auditor was nice. The price wasn’t to bad for a suite.

The heat wasn’t working in the room. it was freezing. After booking in advance when we arrived after 3’o’clock our room wasn’t ready. so we waited , not long. There were only one entrance open.

staff is very friendly

PAID FARE TO INCLUDE DAILY BREAKFAST AND THEY DIDNT HAVE IT FOR 4 OF OUR 7 DAYS STAY. ALL KIND OF EXCUSES FOR NOT HAVING IT. NO ROOM SERVICE EITHER EVEN AFTER REQUESTED. ALMOST IMPOSIBLE TO OBTAIN TOWELS EVERYDAY. REQUESTED A SOAP AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY!!!!! LAST NIGHT A LOT IF NOISE WITH A PARTY IN A ROOM NEXT TO OURS. TV CABLE IS A BIG PROBLEM TOO.
