A big mistake

Room wasn’t quiet. Didn’t get the bed I reserved. It was loud barely got any sleep. Front desk was extremely rude. No shampoo conditioner or soap. Sheets didn’t smell clean at all. Blankets weren’t warm. I will never stay here again and I am fighting for compensation for not recieving the room I reserved and paid for. Front desk lied to me about policies.

No soap. Rude staff. Didn’t get the room a paid for. Asked for quiet and it was loud all night.

Decent for the time I needed it

Location. Women and older man that work there are nice and helpful. The younger man that was there over the holiday was very rude. They only give you toilet paper in the morning so don’t ask late at night.

Nothing.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. Manager made me extremely uncomfortable by asking me over and over again if my boyfriend was coming to stay with me that night even though I booked for just myself. He came in my room to “check my fire alarm” and only looked and lingered around asking me if I was sure I would be alone that night and refused to refund me when I checked out even though I didn’t stay because I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. DO NOT STAY HERE

The smelliest, most dirty, filthy place you can find.

This place is very dirty. Halls filthy. Room filthy, not swept or mopped. Both Queen beds had dirty sheets, hair, stains, dusty and horrid smell. I checked right out less than 2 hours later.

Nothing.

Not very wheelchair accessible. Staff very racist. For an extended stay hotel. They didn't want you to have much in your room. I had 3 suitcases & a couple of shopping bags & they told me I had too much stuff. Told me I couldnt cook in the room but you could smell people cooking l the time.

Hallways and stairs were clearly rarely vacuumed. Side doors didn't have functioning key readers for re-entry, very inconvenient.

The staff is so nice! They really take care of you and make sure you are super comfortable! The place is nice and very comfortable. It is very clean as well!
