Disappointing experience in a pleasant hotel

Welcoming staff and restaurant was good. Pool area was welcome

Disappointing experience as unable to regulate temperature in room, even after maintenance chap checked it out. Unable to turn AC off. Disturbed at 11.30 b6 staff trying to enter room!

Amazing staff

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I came in super early after being at the hospital with a family member. I was tired and sad and the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. I wish I could remember his name, I was having a hard time and he was so reassuring.

The smell in the hallway was off putting. I'm not sure if it's a cleaner they use or what, but I guess I'm just glad the room didn't smell.

Won't be staying again

Water in showers was never hot enough to shower or bath comfortably.the hallways have no heat, room was supposed to have microwave and didnt.free breakfast was supposed to be included and wasn't.pool was closed but I wasn't informed till after making my nonrefundable booking.parking isn't the best due to renovations.i was charged more than I was originally told I'm booking once I got to lobby and payed for room in person

Most of my stay didn't meet my expectations.i had stayed here before inthe past and it wasn't this bad

Has a great location but kind of sad and desk staff not very with it

Rooms were nice location was good

Staff at desk did the minimum. Not very helpful.having to park off site was a pain. Tho the lady valet was super helpful and attentive no hot tub…. No bar restaurant

Overall it was okay.

The location is perfect.

Holiday Inn needs to invest in this property, especially the parking garage, which has been “under construction “ for years now. The breakfast was overpriced for what we got.

I expected better from a Holiday Inn. Sorry to say I was disappointed.

The location is excellent.

Parking was an issue. Though the staff said it was being improved, the parking garage had obviously been condemned. Valet parking was offered. The room was clean, but had an unusual odor. However, I was able to open the window and let it air. It was okay for one night, but I doubt I would book longer.

wish they would provide a free breakfast! The guy at the front desk told me where to go for the free breakfast but upon

beautiful furnishings in the suite. Bathroom was extremely tight and almost a tripping hazard. Pool was very nice, but they should have a changing room immediately adjoining it.

parking situation is very poor, having to walk a long distance. The handicap parking was poorly marked in. The staff came running out, saying I had to move, but it was not marked as handicapped. It was not clearly marked, where the loading /unloading zone was.

Clean comfortable room in a downtown location.

I travel to Pittsfield 2 or 3 times per year and find the hotel location perfect.

Having my car parked in the lot down the street. Will be glad when the new parking garage is complete.

Good staff and clean rooms, but room temperature impossible to regulate.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and cheerful.

The temperature in the room was impossible to regulate. The sun on the building heated the room to a stifling 80 degrees. Then after the sun went down the room temperature plummeted.

Good location to downtown pittsfield. Breakfast buffet was good value if booked at time of booking.

Seems a little run down. Parts of the hotel are falling apart. Beds were smaller than advertised. TV did not work and took multiple hours to get fixed.

The staff were great and the hotel is in a convenient location

My room was dirty. One queen bed had evidence of a previous guest...hair on the sheets. Hair and soap scum all over the bathroom sink, garbage still in garbage cans and the toilet was dirty.
