A very unique and beautiful hotel with lovely personal touches to the decor.

Wishing it was a little quieter as the rooms had old style flooring and the common spaces were a bit of an echo chamber. We also wished there was a small cafe in the hotel.

Presque parfait.

L’accueil. La déco, le style des espaces publics et des chambres. Le confort des lits. L’aménagement de la salle de bain (beaucoup d’espace pour déposer et accrocher nos choses).

Le système de chauffage bruyant dans la chambre. La machine à glace bruyante à l’étage des chambres.

Highly recommend. A wonderful and unique place to stay.

Wonderful stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. A particular note. The front desk gentleman we had when checking in was exceptional. Answered any questions we had concerning the hotel, suggested restaurants, activities. He is an asset to you.

Wonderful stay! Loved every minute.

Great location and the surroundings were clean, updated, stylish and comfortable. I was impressed with the bathroom shower and the artwork everywhere.

I honestly can't say other than they do not offer breakfast of any kind. The rooms did have a coffee/tea maker and a small fridge.

We love the Hotel on North.

No breakfast. Good coffee! Loved wonderful period decor, spacious room, details. Great shower and water pressure. Great selection of books. Quiet. Perfection location for us near the train station.

Wish restaurant were open for breakfast.

Happy that we found this gem!

Unique hotel with sumptuous and clever accommodations. Staff was gracious and extremely helpful. Would stay here again!

The one night cost was pricey but our previous reservation was cancelled due to a power-outage.

We had a lovely comfortable time in the Berkshires and Hotel on North was a perfect home base.

Staff was helpful and friendly, check in and out was easy, the room was spotless and comfortable, the location was great. Parking was easy!

I liked the room layout and that it wasn't a generic hotel room. The bed and linens were comfortable and the shower was amazing.

Our room was on the street side, so there was a lot of noise from people on the sidewalk and traffic throughout the night and also the dig next to us barked a lot and woke us up early.

we got off to a bad start: arrived 1.5 hs early on a very cold day. while the receptionist assured us our rooms were ready, the hotel wanted to charge 15 USD per room for checking in one (!) hour early. why would you possibly do that?? we refused and came back later. when we came back and repeated our disappointment we got a room upgrade. so they made up for it, maybe they realized the importance of good customer service? still, we were kind of stuck with the initial feeling of not being welcomed appropriately.

the decor, style was artsy comfy pillows and beds

discrepency with queen size bed dimension they are not standard queen, they are only 2" wider than a double bed but they advertise a queen they should address this

A charming and extremely comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff!

Thé Inn was beautifully restored.- tall ceilings, lovely colors and well appointed rooms. We appreciated the eco-friendly soap/shampoo and the use of reusable glasses and cups.
