The Suite was a good size and had everything we needed. Beautiful lobby and great location for the airport. Loved the Biaggi Restaurant down the street.
The bathroom was very small for a suite.

We enjoyed the niceness of the facility, and everything was clean. Great location, close to many places.
When we were trying to check in, there was a line waiting to be checked in. It took about 10 minutes before someone came up to the front desk.

I like the option for the bunk bed room, kids enjoyed it
I wish the room was cleaned better, it had candy and gummies on the floor and empty water bottles… wish breakfast came with the stay and not $10 a person… my friend who we met there was staying 2 nights and we were going to stay again but the rate went from $99 on Sunday to $349 Monday… so we ended up heading back home…

The pool was green and slippery on the bottom. Only reason we selected this hotel was for the pool and my children could not even swim.

Loved the spacious room. The suite was perfect especially having the extra tv that the kids could watch. Rachel was very friendly at checkin
There wasnt any bedding in the room for the sofa bed, 4 of us staying and only towels for 3 in the room. I booked without the breakfast, but chose to eat at a cost of $10 per day- the breakfast selection was not worth the cost. 1st day had to wait for hot food to be refilled. 2nd day- food available but was barely warm. I could have gone up the road to IHOP for the cost. Kids wanted waffles or pancakes. The 2nd day the main elevator was out of service but there was another towards the restaurant entrance at the other end of the hotel

The executive suite was amazing, spacious and comfortable. The sheets were top notch quality. The manager and associate named Shaniya were very nice and accommodating
My booking was not correct when I got to the hotel. I was charged for a king bed room and an executive suite with 2 queen beds. When I arrived I was told there was only one room with the king bed booked even though I showed them my confirmation number and information which showed BOTH rooms. So in order to get my room I was charged again for the executive suite. I haven't been able to contact anyone from Booking.com to get a refund since I've been charged twice! I was frustrated, but in no way did I raise my voice or treat anyone rudely. The associate that was helping me did not apologize, in fact was rude telling me it was not their problem that Booking.com didn't book both rooms. When I voiced my frustration she told me to stop raising my voice and calm down. At that point the other associate, Shaniya went to get the manager for me because I was being treated badly. The other associate was condescending to Shaniya at that point telling her "You don't need to get the manager, I know what I'm doing. You've only been here a couple of weeks how are you going to tell me how to take care of this." I found her behavior very unprofessional! Shaniya was apologetic and I really appreciated her assistance and professionalism as well as the manager.
The executive suite was very nice. The single king room was nice except that the bed was very uncomfortable and the headboard had fake leather peeling off in large pieces. For the price, I found that to be incredibly tacky.

location
no chairs except one chair at the desk had to sit in bed. Room was stark. Bathroom was terrible and I was afraid I would fall in the shower which was hard to get into one bar at the side was all. No handicap rooms available they either needed to be cleaned or they were being deep cleaned.

Property appeared to be in excellent condition until you got into the elevator. Modern.
I will start out that I typically don't complain about condition. I give people the benefit of the doubt. But once we've got past the elevators it was evident that this hotel needs new management. Carpeting in the elevator was dirty. Laundry facility for guests had lint and garbage all over. Our bedroom wasn't clean. There's food still in the refrigerator, no toilet paper, Kleenex, Dirty sink and dresser. The bathroom sink stopper was broken and water was in the sink. When we went downstairs to discuss, the staff said they aren't filling the rooms with toiletries because they are out. I asked what a person does if they have to poop 💩? They said they will supply if needed..... WHAT??
The next morning we went to eat their $10 a person Continental breakfast. To start they didn't have spoons for the cereal 🥣. (They ran out) The sausage appeared to be from the day before (however I can't confirm). They were hard and way over cooked, like something you would see if reheated.
The pool also didn't have clean towels at 8am. Another thing we had to ask for.
They did come to fix the sink the next morning.

Staff was rude; bathroom was extremely small. Extremely small.

It was an average hotel. I expected more from a Holiday Inn. The location was good for the area I needed to be in.
Customer service was lacking. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom so I called and asked for some to be brought up. I waited over an hour, even after calling a second time, and ended up using a hand towel to take a shower.

Cleanliness, obvious upkeep of property.
The shower! Appeared outdated when compared to other amenities in the room. The shower floor actually creaked and felt unstable.

it was close to where we needed to be
they were doing construction due to a water leak. computer was down when we arrived so they copied my credit card and drivers license which concerned me that there could be some credit fraud. once their computer system was back up and we
received notice of the room charge we requested the copy of the credit card and drivers license back. they were annoyed that we wanted it back.

it’s under renovations. the elevator only works sometimes. we were there nights our room was never cleaned and we had to beg for towels at the front desk. I ask to speak with or see a manger Amelia was never seen or heard from!

There were bugs. Then I asked for a different room and they could not provide one. Then I asked for a partial refund and they offered reward points. In other words, they offered for me to have another bad stay. After expressing these concerns, their explanation was “new staff.” If you’re booking here, I hope they find some old staff by then.
