The man at the front desk was super nice, helpful, and accommodating, which makes all the difference. The property is in a good location and is safe.

I became sick while there and had to stay 2 extra nights. The people were very friendly and accommodating. Good job with the decor & amenities considering it’s an old building.

Low price. Bed was comfortable.
Floor didn't appear to have been cleaned for multiple prior stays. Hair in bathtub.

The rooms that were used by our family group were nicely updated and decorated at this *vintage* Red Roof Inn. The one single young man who was working at check-in was very kind and helpful in finding us a new room when one of them wasn't adequate for our needs. Good TV options and comfy furniture. Located between a Subway sandwich shop and a gas station, with easy access to the interstate -- handy for travelers.
The outside could use some TLC to look more inviting, and this could be a big plus for some people, but there was a cat with kittens apparently living in the bushes behind the motel. I suspect they've gotten handouts from other guests as they appeared well-fed, and that they were expecting a meal from us. 😄 My youngest grandson was afraid of them, although his mood improved after a turkey sub from next door, so maybe he was just hangry.

The location is perfect. The breakfast was good....bagel (no cream cheese however), mini cinnamon rolls and the coffee was real good. They also had cereal and other things, which I did not have.
The only thing that I didn't like was that the wood floors were not really clean. My socks were quite dirty after walking around the room. Can't forget my slippers next time.

Impressively clean and tidy. Cordial and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok for the price of the room. It was more than what I expected
There was a lot of trash in the parking lot I guess it was guest leftovers.

I got some sleep after driving for half a day.
Room was 100* when we walked into. Touched up paint spots on the wall a different color shade. Nasty bathroom. Bed squeaked like a 50 year old metal gate.

Dirty, limited ac, no restaurants nearby, noisy.

not much. bed was comfortable. bathroom was minuscule.
I prefer hotels with interior doors. there is not much security being open to the public. Our room was in the very back of the hotel, and there was little to no outdoor lighting. The first room had a broken door latch, so we asked for a switch. The second room was three doors closer to the front, so slightly better lit, but still outside door. If all Red Roof Inns are like this, I won’t be staying again. My security in a strange place is more important.

The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was OK. I bought my dog with me the front desk clerk offered her a dog treat from a box she had right there. A nice touch.

There was some noise from upstairs, it seems they have issues with the water pipes 🤷♀️

Location was good with it being new the interstate interchange and a number of eating establishments nearby. Despite the cold from Autumn now here, the room was warm.
Upon our initial entrance into our room the door was ajar and while that was a little unsettling I looked around and there were not any issues. In closing our door the lock would not "click" shut despite trying several times. Finally I realized the strike plate in the door jamb was quite loose causing it to shift around. I repositioned the strike plate and finally got the door to lock-we were in for the night! Upon leaving the next morning, I did inform the front desk of the problem but I didn't get the impression from him of any concern.

The location was the only redeeming quality of this horrible motel. It definitely ruined our trip.
Our first room reeked of smoke so after first telling us there were no other rooms they suddenly found us one on the second floor. The smell was better but floors were filthy, bed was broken and creaky, the bathroom sink was busted, the shower curtain was moldy and the shower head/ water pressure sucked. There were only 3 pillows for 2 people and no do not disturb sign. When we requested those items they claimed they were out of them. On our second day they cleaned our room despite our specific direction to stay out, and accidentally deactivated our keycard so we could not access our room at the end of the day. Despite “cleaning” our room against our wishes it was still filthy. The whole experience was sickening. We immediately washed everything upon our return home out of fear of ending up with bedbugs or something. We will never stay at the red roof inn again.

Hornets flew out of the heater. Heater was very loud. Mold in the shower and toilet. Poor plumbing, sink did not drain. Very loud location.

At least the bed and bedding was clean.
First room reeked of cigarette smoke, was offered another room. The other rooms floor was filthy and the sink didn't work. While the bed was clean, it squeeked loudly anytime you moved. Was not a good experience at all.

Not clean enough.

Ok was mediocre.
Juice machine broken. Hard boiled eggs were impossible to peel.
