Staff were very nice
Rooms were in poor condition - very tired. The floors were dirty and sticky, both carpeting and tile. We had to wear shoes walking from the bed to bathroom, otherwise our feet would be filthy. Bed linens were flimsy. We had to change rooms since the first had a smoker there before us and the second room still had a strange smell. Overall, this stay was disappointing and not worth the relatively high price.

Nothing
It was dirty the door was locked we had it to wait for a while until they open it. Problems with the key card to access our room. Had to go back to the front desk so the lady could enter in the system and then it worked. Didn’t have conditioner in the bathroom. And just a little bit of paper toilet. But oh well we just need it to get some rest to keep going home to NC. And I choose this one because the one in center Texas was excellent and I thought it was going to be the same but for sure it was not.

location to travel destination
ordered on Booking.com and paid additional $50 at property. The staff called to say they had to upgrade rooms but got less beds than needed. Staff put my children out while I was away getting last minute details for my nieces wedding.

I've never stayed at such a bad Hotel! The free breakfast was awful the sausage patties looked like hockey pucks. The bad had an old mattress cover on it that had thousands of little balls on it, mold bathtub and dirty stains in the bathtub. Stayed two times coming and going from Florida, very unhappy.

Beautiful accommodations and great breakfast. Plenty of parking and good food nearby
Charging $55 a night plus tax for a single dog was ridiculous. Most expensive of any place I have ever stayed. Also our room was next to the elevator and you could hear it going up and down through the wall.

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the location was good.
The breakfast was late supposed to be ready by 6:00 it was 6:30. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was cold. They would not clean the room while we were there.

The front desk clerk went above and beyond to try to fix the issue.
First room had large bugs, second room did not have enough beds, upgraded to adjoining rooms that were on opposite sides of the hall and did not adjoin there was also mold in room 205.
