A mistake

Rude front desk attendant who did not like reservation made at booking.com, expressing it loud and clear. Window in the room was broken - outer glass pane gone, moveable frame barely hanging and could not be locked. Old food fermenting in refrigerator in the room. Surfaces in the room feel sticky: furniture, telephone, TV remote. Perhaps could use cleaning once in a while.

The worst place I have every stayed in with Booking.com. I would not put them on your list ever agai

There was no breakfast and all you saw was buildings and steel mills.

Everything!! I would not let my worst enemy stay at this place!!

We DIDN’T STAY…. WE BOLTED OUT OF THAT BUILDING!

Absolutely NOTHING

EVERYTHING, there were 2 yes 2 giant cockroaches in our room, the lobby smelled of marijuana, we got 2 rooms and the other rooms had stains all on the sheets. It was absolutely horrifying. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The hotel was dirty, the room had an order, guest seemed to be there through a social service department. Did not feel safe. We checked out o ce we found the room was dirty with an order and the phone did not work.

Uncleanly experience

The bed was comfortable. Check in process was quick and easy.

The room was not clean when I arrived. The bathroom was the worse offender with the toilet having feces splattered on it and finding a dead roach on the floor. The towels were stained and I found crumbs in various places in the room.

It was for work so it worked.

The location was the best 15 minute drive to work. Food was close and easily gotten to.

The breakfast was missed but due to COVID no one is serving breakfast.
