Of the many places I’ve stayed in Aix, this apartment is by far the most peaceful. Behind it is a forest, replete with birds and a family of stray cats. The kitchen, though small, is very well supplied; the bath a charming, if challenging, set up. Chris is responsive, helpful, and generous. An easy walk to the center of town. Very, very clean.

Really, the perfect place to stay in Aix. So comfortable, lined with beautiful art and literature, tasteful furnishings, and all the thoughtful amenities. We were there during an extreme heatwave, nearly 37 degrees everyday, and the studio remained comfortable and breezy. The perfect bathtub certainly helped though. I bumped my head a couple times, but it only added to the charm and laughter.
We were welcomed warmly by Chris, who might just be the coolest woman in France. We really hope we get to see her and the apartment someday again, we feel very lucky to have found the studio.

We really enjoyed our stay and the flat was the perfect launching point to discover the region of Provence. The flat is fully equipped with everything anyone could need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed many a dinner at home at this calm and relaxing sanctuary. We’ll definitely be back!
