Only one night, but really nice and would definitively stay again

Easily accessible, clean and beautifully updated hotel and rooms. Large breakfast area, great coffee and food selection. Staff were very professional, helpful and pleasant.

Needed additional luggage dollies.

After my stay I found unauthorized charges

Staff was rude and sketchy

She tried to overcharge me, but when I check in insisting I paid an additional deposit, then the GM tried to take a picture of my credit card. asking me write it out.

I would stay there again.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and so was the entryway of the hotel. Room was clean and they offered to change bedding every day I said no.

No Hot tub and the pool was cold. The gentleman at the desk the next evening didn't understand what i was saying on the phone, so I went down to talk to him and he still didn't understand. I had to do actions to show him. I understand everyone is still learning, but when communication is not there it is hard.

Wonderful visit.

The rooms, entry way and breakfast area were very clean and neat. Well done to staff.

The elevator failed on our day of leaving.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds

Staff was very rude. I asked for a late check out and was granted this by not 1 but 2 staff. When checkout day came the staff that was on told me that there were no late checkouts and that we would have to vacate the room immediately. The man at the front desk even called my room at 1105 while I was in conference and told my wife to pack up and leave the facility by 1130. I will never recommend this facility until they get nicer staff. If all Holiday Inns run like this then I don't recommend their facilities at all.

Was a very nice hotel in a great location.

The room was very clean and spacious. The free breakfast was great.with lots of options..

A sitting table and extra chair would have been nice.

Don’t stay here. HIE should be embarrassed about hanging their brand on this hotel.

It appeared clean and was a convenient location for our travels. The beds were comfortable.

It is located in a crappy area of KC. There were several homeless folks around (a nearby church pays for them to stay at this hotel) and our car was broken into, with several items lost to theft. the hotel employees were less then helpful.

Honestly, it was a place to spend the night but definitely not worth what I paid to do so.

Facility was clean and relatively modern.

Mattress was not comfortable. I could feel the bed springs even through all the coverings on the bed. In addition, we were unable to adjust the blinds in the room so we had to put up with the glare from the outside lights all night. In addition, breakfast was really disappointing. The egg omelette things were good, but the biscuits were doughy inside, the gravy was low-quality canned gravy, and the sausage patties were so tough I needed a knife to cut them. There also wasn't any light yogurt options available. I'm diabetic and one of the reasons I chose this location was that they served an "American breakfast",but for what was served, I should have stayed at a cheaper motel and paid for breakfast somewhere else.
