Location, design, cleanliness
Our air conditioning didn’t work -75 in the room the entire time so sleep was affected. Someone came in and looked at it but didn’t fix it

I liked the decor and design of the room. The shower/bath was nice and clean.
The fridge seemed like it was on it’s last leg. The door had difficulty closing all the way, it would get stuck and I would have to ram my shoulder into the door to close it all the way.

The waitress wasn't very nice.

Breakfast was expensive but good and great service.
There was construction noise that was not great but not sure the hotel had anything to do with that. It was a bit far from Paisley Park which was the reason for my work trip but was what was recommended by the team.

Location to US Bank Stadium
One of the elevators was broken and when the concert got done, there was a huge line to the elevators
4.3
the rooms were nice and had great views
The rooms were nice however customer service was a mess. A trainee checked us in and made it sound like everything was okay when she handed us the room keys. However, before checking out Zach told us one of the rooms was temporary and we should have vacated it, even though I very much booked the room and had proof that I did so. When I explained the confusion he continued to blame us for their mistake and said that we should not have booked them through booking.com. Then take your hotel off booking.com duh. Ultimately, employees need to better communicate with each other and not point fingers at guests for their mistakes.

Very clean and close walking distance to the venue and many restaurants around the area they even offer a list of them around the area staff were great and told us where parking was and showed us to room
The parking garage was not next to the hotel it was on the road ahead of it so it caused us to get lost in the one behind the hotel before we had to call and had a nice person dicect us to the other garage

Everyone was very friendly. Loved the location. The room was clean and had plenty of amenities.
We couldn't get hot water. The water was at most lukewarm. That's the only thing we wished was better. However, it wasn't cold so not the worst thing in the world.

great decor and style- comfortable beds. Great location. staff (Madison) was amazing and super welcoming and helpful.

location.
the ramp was really tight.
4.3
The room was clean.
We paid extra to have a high floor, only to discover that the only view was of a building across the street.
4.3
Very clean. In the city centre.
Good coffee.
The was not very healthy. All the foods served had a lot of sugar and/or grease, except the fruits.
No maps in the reception.

Nothing, really.

The breakfast wasn’t great but it wasn’t horrible.
The curtains in the room let in a lot of light and made the room very warm during the day

Perfect location, very friendly & helpful staff, room was clean & comfortable, breakfast was just right. All in all a great hotel. Loved the robes too!
Parking was expensive but typical for big city.
4.3
Amazing hotel! Comfortable beds, huge room, nice bathrooms and super clean!
The vegan breakfast option aren't so great, but the rest was really good!
4.3
Beautiful, mid-century modern, retro, masculine decor. The room was spotlessly clean - absolutely perfect. The staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great for continental breakfast and included fresh bakery pastries, a hot sandwich option, cereal, yogurt, granola, eggs, juice, etc.
Seems like a small thing but since I drink tea it is relevant. There were tea bags in the room but no source for hot water as the coffee machine could not simply produce hot water. :/ The front desk seemed slightly understaffed as I observed (and experienced) patrons waiting in a long line for check-in at times.

Great location, friendly staff
Broken and clogged sink and had to change rooms
4.3
Breakfast was decent. I really liked the coffee machine in the hotel room. Tasteful decor and layout. Hotel staff was kind and helpful.
Walls were thin and we were able to be heard from outside of our room.
4.3
The hotel was very well put together even while it looks like they were doing some renovations elevators are some of the fastest I've ever been on
4.3
Staff was personable. Bed was comfy.
Close to some fun spots.
Parking ramp is tiny! Don't drive your truck. Expensive too. $35 for twelve hours.
Security came to my room at 3 am and we just fell asleep with the TV on. Crazy!

Cute decor, convenient parking, great location, very clean.
