The stay was exemplary!

Great stay, will definitely return!

The rooms were very clean as well as the common areas. Direct access to the hotel from the parking garage was so convenient. The complimentary breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to St. Louis!

We were placed on the 6th floor and there was an event taking place on the 7th floor. With 2 young kids, music playing extremely loud until after 11pm is not ideal. Other than that, no complaints!

The staff was amazing! Our little kids were a little loud in the pool having so much fun and when we went to check out the staff asked us if we were the ones in the pool the night before. I answered yes expecting them to complain about them being rowdy but they just told us how nice it was to hear them enjoying themselves and how it made them so happy to see the kids having so much fun. The hotel was very nice and extremely clean but the staff was fantastic. So family friendly which isn't always easy to find!

Very pleasant stay.

It was very good. If you wanted waffles and omelettes , you stood in line for your order. And he cooked the made to order request for you in 3-5 minutes. Everyone was very pleasantly ready to help.

Onsite restaurant for other meals.

Just ok. Would choose somewhere else if staying in St. Louis again.

I loved the location. Close to St.Louis. The staff were very friendly. Parking was free and easy. The hotel was clean.

The overall hotel was just ok. It was dated. The television worked poorly. The breakfast staff was def less friendly than the front staff. The room was nothing special. Many other options prob better in the area.

Great Place to Stay the Night

Great location!Very clean and great amenities. Great breakfast, omelet chef, and wait staff!

Don't remember the name of who checked us in, but she seemed impatient as I asked a few questions. Almost as though I was an imposition. The power went out in the night, which made it kind of warm in the room. Not your fault.

It was horrible and I deserve a refund.

The location was okay

Telephone had no cord, only one towel in room, room had garbage under bed. No ice bucket in room. The pool was not clean and only one game in the arcade was operable. The entire experience was horrible.

Nice accommodations for Reasonable Price

I chose this hotel because it was less expensive than others in the Clayton area, but the experience was just as nice as at a more expensive hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a nice breakfast buffet with a variety of tasty choices. It was served in the restaurant, so guests eat at a booth or table, which is nice. The staff were all nice enough.

Grand entrance but tired rooms.

Location, breakfast, and friendly staff.

Daily parking is not included in room price quoted. Room needed maintenance and it took 3-4 requests to get things fixed. Also, housekeeping is by request only. Whatever you run out of must be retrieved from front desk.

All in all we would stay again!

Location was good. Big delicious breakfast that's included! Heated pool😉 Nice staff....ones that we seen anyway. We liked that there was so many TV channels to choose from. Free secure parking big plus!

Beds felt wore out😒. Paper on desk said pool was open until 11 but security ran us out at 10....we were in there for 15mins🥴. Our ice machine and soda machine was out of order that was a big inconvenience!

Good location, needs a little more care

Room was nice, good bathroom. A bit noisy due to the lack of carpeting, can hear the person upstairs. Luckily, it was my son, so I could tell him to walk a bit more softly :-)

I've stayed here many times over the past 20 years, and things are up and down. This time, the front desk folks were on their phones, one was eating, took my credit card, got food all over it and handed it back to me! It would have been nice to have moisturizer as well as shampoo and conditioner. There was coffee and tea in the room, but no sugar or cream, and I noticed a hole in the comforter cover.
