It was close to various transportation types to do sightseeing. Also in an area that a variety of food to eat.

It felt like a Route 66 motel.

The staff was very kind.

The room smelled like cigarettes/smoke; the sheets didn't feel/smell fresh; after a very long day of travel I was unable to purchase a beer at the small market in the lobby.

Convenient hotel with shuttle to and from the airport.

The room was spacious and comfortable - use what you would expect. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel definitely served its purpose as we arrived close to midnight. Like the late check out time : ) Convenient to have a shuttle to and from the airport (although we arrived too late at night to use it).

Met our needs for a night

Appreciated the shuttle service because the hotel is a few miles from the airport, but was one of the more reasonably priced hotels available. Front desk and room cleaning people were all pleasant and helpful.

I think hotels should do away with carpeted floors. I would prefer a hard surfaced floor. They are easier to keep clean and look better longer. The carpet selected for this location had a pattern that looked like worn-out carpet, although it was not worn out. It kind of reminded me of jeans that are sold with holes already in them. The hotel is also very close to a busy train track and crossing so you hear the train engine, the loud train horn, and the bell for the crossing several times starting early in the morning.

Smelly and gross

Not really knowing this area we booked this place. We were there for a two day competition for our son. It was 11pm when we arrived. Staff had no extra rooms he said they were booked which later I found out he lied!! The room smelled bad and the sofa bed was broken and stained. Had to sleep with the windows open all night. My poor kid sleep on the recliner. It was already late and we were not familiar with the area to find another Hotel but the following morning at 7:30 AM we checked out ASAP. Found a much great hotel for the same price. The next day, the manager called me stating that they had a room available, but I said no thank you because ironically, they had told me they were booked for the whole weekend. We will never book with them at any location all I can say is thank God the windows open we slept with them open all night in a freezing room just to be able to breathe. It smelled musty gross so just find somewhere else stay away from here.!!!

- 20 Dollar Parkgebühren pro Tag - Bad nicht sauber genug - Housekeeping nur jeden zweiten Tag - wir mussten aktiv um Leerung der Mülleimer bitten.

Pleasant

Airport Shuttle was great and saved us money.

I was told I had to pay for two more adult breakfast meals even though the room I booked through booking.com says that breakfast was included. The hotel claims that the booking.com reservation is for 2 adults and 2 kids, even though I put 4 adults in my booking.

I liked the room space and comfort. Staff were kind as we.

Was disappointed with the parking fee, security deposit and the shower caulk was peeling. The location isn't the best but decent if you're willing to drive additional to get to the city. I feel the price was a bit high for where it's located. Waving the parking would of been fair if they kept the high hotel price. My room was right by the main road and I heard every passing vehicle, train and pedestrians talking.

Had a great time with adjoining rooms and a very delicious breakfast!!!!

COOKIES, quick check in, pool, breakfast!!! And the food and especially the service (Thomas) at the restaurant was very good!!!

A little less noise from outside would have been better.

Comfortable, clean stay for our short trip to Boston before flying out.

It was one of the most affordable hotels for our budget for our short stay in Boston. The hotel itself is really clean and comfortable, decent shower, super friendly staff and a convenient breakfast included in our rates. I was worried about getting into the city from the Chelsea area, where the hotel is situated, as we wanted to avoid driving in due to the traffic. We ended up getting the free airport shuttle and stopping at the airport subway stop, this was free and quick to get to. It took about 30 minutes to get into the city on the train. We ended up getting taxis back as it was only 10-15 mins back.

There is the Chelsea train station stop not far from the hotel, and as there is a crossing, the trains honk their horns during the day and late evening. We could hear it through our window, but it didn't honk when we slept. As it's not central, you have to consider how to get into the city to see the sights. Even though it was affordable for Boston, the general pricing in the USA has gone up a lot over the past few years, so things seem more expensive- especially food and drink. The hotel food menu is a little limited, but convenient.

Train next to hotel made the rooms very loud. Also tub in disrepair and was gross due to peeling sticker on bottom of tub trying to cover up rust.

A great nights sleep and a decent breakfast after a delayed long haul flight.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was calm and not noisy. Free shuttle bus from airport was brilliant.

Decor was very dated in places.

The facilities were clean and updated.

I did not like that this place does not offer free continental breakfast. You have to pay $16 per plate. They do not offer free parking, and if you want to park there, you need to pay $20 per night.

frustrating. you should have informed us of the pool and elevator issues.

Our 2nd room was nice.

1. one of the elevators was out all the time, so it was a wait to go up or down. 2. pool was “out” although it appeared operational. 3. original room has dysfunctional: shower, shade, towel rack pulling out of wall, phone didn’t work. we were moved to a functioning room the 2nd day. It was nice.

Pool not open. - no note of this on website, lift out of order, the note on reception informing you to call from the airport once you had your luggage for the shuttle - that needs to be on the website.
