Desastre en Logan Suites

La ducha. . El baño estaba muy bien.

Nos cambiaron tres veces de habitacion. El aire acondicionado hacia ruido todo el tiempo a pesar de estar apagado. Protestamos tres veces y ni caso. No nos dieron ropa de cama y tuvimos que reclamarla. Tuvimos que hacer nosotros la cama auxiliar todos los días. La ropa de cama olia mal.

The Homework suites was closed so we were sent to hotel across the road. We were not given an equivalent suite and room was disappointing. Staff not really helpful.

very simple place to sleep , nothing fancy or extra

place was in a good location , central ! breakfast was better than other hotels this type but one complaint… there was no option for lactose intolerant people , my boyfriend was with me and he’s lactose intolerant and the eggs have cheese everyday , and no almond milk or any substitute, little things like that can make a big difference for people

no lactose free options for breakfast, example make scramble eggs but no cheese , or add almond milk or oat milk so people can have with cereal . housekeeping was lacking , I asked twice and once they came and didn’t replace things no coffee or mugs … the other they didn’t make bed nothing just left extra towels and toilet paper on top of kitchen counter , didn’t even take the trash .

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location was good, the room was very updated and comfortable.

The modern look of the hotel, amenities, and the staff.

The continental breakfast. It was limited choices, food was always cold. The staffer who maintained the area used her hands to assist guest with their food. I was very disappointed and disgusted by this!! I watched a guest stick his hands into the bowl of chopped nuts with his bare hands.

not much to like at all!

dirty nail on carpet in living area, the air filter fan was very noisy and was sensor based so couldn’t be turned off & the breakfast was terrible!

PERFECT STAY!

Everything!!! Wonderful spcious rooms with modern touches, great amenities, comfy beds, friendly staff and a FREE hot breakfast with a variety of items from which to choose. The Ben & Jerry's for purchase in the lobby at 10PM for a craving was a great option. Extremely clean and well- maintained property.

We were really looking forward to using the pool but it was closed for maintenance.

Short, simple yet sweet

I liked how it was close to the stadium,Salem and Harvard

Front desk didn’t seem to know the cost of snacks. When asked for pricing it seemed like a random number was thrown out. I asked for a comb and was told it would be sent right away but never received it. I wished bacon was served for the breakfast buffet.
