Great Hotel close to the airport and a short bus ride from downtown Boston

The room was a suite and had a mini kitchen included allowing you to cook your own meals. The hotel was a direct bus away from South Station and close to the airport. They even provide a shuttle from the airport and a complimentary breakfast

There are no family rooms with two double beds. Housekeeping didnt clean the rooms or change the towels (Sorted quickly after a call to the reception)

I would recommend this place, reasonable price, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.

There was a mini kitchen inside the room including a mini electric oven and other necessary stuff in a kitchen. Surprisingly the fridge was large with lots of space to put food and drinks.

It wasn’t worth what we had to pay - especially given the location away from the main tourist area o

There was nothing great about our stay other than one shuttle driver (he was very personable and cheery - the other driver we encountered was rude and took us to the wrong place) and that it was right next to a bus line that make travel into the city relatively easy. The bathroom was also nice with a very large shower. And the shampoo and conditioner provided was nice.

Breakfast was terrible unless you were a vegetarian. Pool was smaller than expected. The room was quite a bit smaller than expected. It was a king size bed with a pull out couch which barely fit when pulled out. The kitchenette was very small and the fridge smelled like it needed deodorizing. Staff at the front desk really didn’t have any answers whenever we talked to them and weren’t much help other than grabbed things we needed from behind the desk. They really didn’t know much about the area they were located in. There was no ice machine. You had to go to the front desk and ask for a flat gallon ziplock bag of ice. Noise level sucked. You could hear everything from outside, the halls, and the floor above.

The sound insulation was terrible, our windows faced the road and we could hear everything, we didn’t sleep all night and woke up tired. Also, the space for a third adult was small and would have been more suitable for a child.

Easy and convenient as well as great staff and wonderful room. Slept well even though busy area.

We chose this location because we wanted to turn our car in a day prior to our departure at the Boston Logan Airport and they offered a shuttle and picked us up on the day we delivered the car and then took us to the airport in the morning. breakfast started at 6:00 am which gave us plenty of time to eat and get the shuttle since they do every 20 minutes. Great staff!!

The only thing I can think of is the coffee wasn't ready at 6:00 am so it felt a little hectic. Not that big of a deal

Great facilities just outta town

Originally dispite request for quiet room we had noisy room at the road junction with traffic lights...no sleep first night so we requested to move room. We had to wait around until 12.30 to change rooms but still managed to fit in some sight seeing that day. The staff were friendly and fulfilled our wish. We enjoyed our four night stay despite the first night. Great laundry facility's. Free breakfast which was actually okay.

Should have been given quiet room straight away.

Exactly as expected - close to the airport and easy to get there for a 6am flight.

Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The hotel is very close to the airport and I appreciated the free shuttle, especially very early in the morning (it starts at 4am).

The neighborhood wasn't charming and did not feel particularly safe, but it's clear that the main purpose of this hotel is for its proximity to the airport, so it didn't bother me very much.

Not pleasant

It was nice and clean and comfortable as expected from a Marriot hotel which I come to enjoy.

Location was good, shuttle didn’t help with luggages although I have kids with me. Room was very noise as we stayed on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was terrible, stale muffin sandwiches, just not eatable, cold boiled eggs, waffles just served on weekends. After all, staff cleaning and vacuuming without stopping in the breakfast area @ 7:30 in the morning!!! Just not relaxing and bothersome.!! I expected more for the price and the Marriotts. Considering my next stay to another hotel, for sure.

Very convenient stay near the airport…Includes shuttle:)

The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our first room was not cleaned or made up! They then assigned us to the handicapped room, where the bed is about 12” off the floor. When we requested a regular room, they were very helpful and took care of that. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. The shuttle is one of the reasons we went to this hotel, and it was super.

The sofa beds are not made up for a third person….we had to make it up ourselves. The bed itself slanted so my sister rolled to the edge a lot during the night. We also had to ask for additional towels…we had booked the room for three, but since we had to change several times, I understand that there were not enough towels in the room we ended up with. The air handling system is problematic. It runs off and on all night, and we alternated from hot to too cold. It was set at 65 when we entered, and when we turned it down to 72, the heat came on, in August.

The hotel is a good place to stay, very convenient to Logan airport.

The room was very small and cramped for a family of four.

Nice stay. Loved the airport shuttle, and the staff were great.

As you would expect from a Marriott hotel, it was a great stay.

Our bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked (the shower had hair on it in several places - not ours - it skeeved me out enough I didn’t shower). But it was only unclean in the shower, the rest of the place was spotless.

Good value and proximity to airport

All good for business. Probabaly would bring my lady there even though the planes were loud at night occassionally.

The AC makes five weird noises as the compression turns off, I think. Still a good value.
