The rooms were very nice! Seems like they hd been recently remodeled, very clean. I would book that hotel again
The breakfast was ok but it’s seamed like the person working the breakfast was not there cuz the maintenance guy was doing his best to keep things stocked, so it wasn’t that great

Convenient location
There was hair on our sheets and in our shower when we arrived. There were only 2 bath towels and 3 guests so when we went to get more towels they said they were out and only had pool towels. The air freshener was
Overpowering in the lobby. It also was nauseating to smell it while we were trying to eat breakfast. The waffles were so over cooked at the buffet that we couldn’t even cut them with the plastic knives

Front desk staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Room was also just fine until there was no working toilet and no maintenance staff able to be located for hours.
Had no working toilet and no other available rooms. We waited hours for resolution. Finally, we couldn’t stay overnight with 2 young children without a toilet and so had to cut our stay short. We were given paperwork that reflected we would be refunded the second night. Instead we were double-charged for the whole stay, causing financial problems for the family who are dealing with a serious medical situation and had to quickly act to resolve. No response or communication from management despite multiple attempts. Only because whole on the double-charge by disputing with our bank. Still have not been refunded the second night and despite emails and phone calls to both local hotel and corporate office for the last month, have had zero response or acknowledgment. This few hundred dollars is nothing to this chain of hotels, but is something for our family.

The staff was very helpful. The bed was “tired” and the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Location
Electrical services were out on one wall which included the TV. So, no lights and no TV for 2 nights. No maintenance person available to fix and rooms sold out. Did discount rate some.

the location was easy to get too from the freeway
the staff at the front desk did not know how to check the in new guests. she couldn’t find a previous reservation I had made, and then had to FaceTime another employee to show her how to make a new reservation. I had spent ten hours driving and it was 10pm at night, so I was exhausted. Checking in to my room shouldn’t be a 30 minute process when I’m the only customer in sight.
The back door of the property was also not secured. The access box where you would normally use your room key to unlock the door was not there, so anyone could come in and out if the hotel through that back entrance.
In my room, the walls had chipped paint in them. This was the kind of hotel I’d expect if I paid $50 per night, not $128.
