It was a good location
It was rundown, the beds were disgusting! The floors were filthy, and the shower handle came off in my hand when I tried to turn on the water.

Very good value and convenient location.
The room presentation was clean and the best l had seen on my trip to US.
I recall the reception was a little messy and there was no tea on offer (l don't drink coffee).

Absolutely nothing.
The front desk guy checking me in was RUDE!!! He was answering his personal cell phone while checking me in and that was after I had to tell him why I was even walking in. He never asked me did I need any help or anything. I had to make him get out of his chair off his phone to tell him I needed to check in. Extremely rude!!! The bed sounded like it was going to cave in every time I moved. It was very uncomfortable and the springs are ready to pop up through the bed. Facility was dirty! Wasted $133 just to stay there for 6 hours before the UT game.

Room and hotel itself was lovely.
The gentleman that checked us in - I believe his name was Trev - he seemed nice but also seemed very irritated that we were trying to check in while he was busy on his phone. He walked away at first and left us waiting for 10 minutes and when he came back he proceeded to still be on while doing our check in. He had to ask the same questions multiple times because he was too distracted by the videos and then also by the phone call he took while we were still standing there waiting for our keys. The whole process took A LOT longer than it should have. Which did not set for a good start.

The door to the room didn’t shut all the way and the shower water barely came out and when I went to check out the dude was sleeping and I couldn’t even hand him the keys

Honestly nothing
Our room smelled like dog urine, we had to keep our shoes on bc we didn't know what was on the floor, the tv remote didn't work, the bathroom door didn't shut and there was red mold all over the shower curtain

Online it says there is hotel breakfast which is one of the amenities i chose. They only had coffee.

The hard wood floors made ease to get around with a handicap person.
Not enough handicap spaces. No breakfast. Most people look for breakfast when booking a hotel. Better pillows and mattresses. The main hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.

nice staff
The bed was hard. The website said the room had a hair dryer and it did not. The counter in the bathroom was stained and coming apart.

Most of the facilities in the hotel were out of order and things didn’t work overall.
The staff was inattentive and subpar at the very best. No real sense of urgency or any desire to help.

Loved the location it was in between the two places we planned to go and a quiet little area and good size room.
The lady who checked us in was great but the guy the next couple days at night was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to get a towel or anything we asked for.

The location was close to lots of gas stations and fast food
The beds were not comfortable at all, we both woke up with our backs hurting and could hardly move
