Not much
Bathroom area was filthy. Very dirty tiles and grout. Walls splattered with something and never cleaned properly. Toilet seat was very loose. Walls are thin and you can hear everything outside.

beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. We needed a place to sleep for a few hours and this did the job.
The bathroom was a bit dirty and the room smelled of cigarettes. Not as bad as some of the reviews have said though.

Absolutely nothing! Very unsafe & nasty! They lie abt holding a deposit they don't return timely.
The fact they lied abt what the room included and only allowed 2 towels for 3 people!

Very clean and seemed to be updated but noting too noteworthy.
Seemed like they wanted to do as little as possible to serve me. No breakfast because of Covid? Access to staff was through "night window" only. No one there in the morning. Lots of snow but not cleared or salted.

they didn’t have laundry and a ice machine

I had come to realize my door did not properly close and lock the morning after my arrival. To only be told by the staff that there was nothing they could do.
No Room safety

Not much to like besides the staff.
The room was nice, but the bathroom was filthy. There was a ring around the tub and the shower walls hadn't been cleaned in ages.
Staff was great, but some of the guests were highly questionable. I suspect a group of them were there selling drugs. They woke my friend and me around two a.m. with their loud party and had people coming and going at all hours.
Sorry...the answer is in the above comment.
I will never stay there again. I didn't feel safe.

it was relatively inexpensive.
it was a strange lobby situation. they were still only working from the front window. Is it normal procedure to give a deposit and then have them give it back as long as the room is okay? why is that just not included in the original price? It didn’t seem like the cleanliest of places. The beds were okay, but the floors felt gross. It felt like they were in the middle of updating certain things and just stopped halfway.

The location was good
That the air conditioner didn't work, it leaked water...

Room was nice and very clean
They charged me $40 of my $50 deposit due to a tiny spot on the sheet. They claimed it was too dirty to reuse. I didn't even stay the night there! The sheet was completely fine! It felt as though they were looking for something so they could keep my deposit!! I felt cheated and lied to. They were rude and I will NEVER stay there again!

it was a place to sleep.
Room was dingy and less than clean. Bathrooms shared a central exhaust system so we could smell the neighbors pot all night. Parking was a nightmare. Sofa sleeper was stained and sloped down towards feet. The front desk only gave us a small sheet (that barely cover the bed) and blanket to make the sofa sleeper.

Every single part of this hotel was disgusting. Looks like it’s never been cleaned. If breakfast were actually available, it would probably be extremely questionable. Staff is unhelpful. Felt like we were sleeping in a whorehouse that was barely converted to a hotel. Had to bring in our own blankets and towels because we were too scared to touch the ones provided. Smelled like cigarettes in our “non-smoking” room. Felt unsafe.

Being moved to another room finally after complaining multiple times. People blaring music, talking and yelling outside my door for 5 hours. Keeping me up
The guy at the desk tried to get them to stop. Was unsuccessful as it continued. Was finally moved but was stuck awake. Managed to get 2 hours of sleep.
The guy at the desk enforces nothing. People can be as loud and disrespectful for as long as wanted.

The price was very good for the area especially with a major footbal game occuring that weekend. Although not near downtown Knoxville, it was within a reaasonable range of getting there. There was plenty of parking. Fast food places to eat at nearby.
We wound up not statying there. A very nice lady tapped us on the shoulder and told us as we were about to register at an outdoor night window ( the lobby was closed uspposedly because of COVID ) that the hotel was replete with bed bugs. The clerk seeemd to no know what he was doing. If the hotel was even halfway decent we may have stayed. Because it was a football weekend we had to find another hotel and were fortinate in finding one although twice the price as this one- many other hotels in the area were booked up and some as much as 3 or 4 times the cost.

It was convenient to our final destination and it was fairly well kept.
Being a custodian, it would be hard to please me on cleanliness. Mostly because I have to pay attention to detail. So in looking around…to the average person, it was clean enough. To me, there was much work to be done, still, but I did my best to let it go.
