Bed was comfy.
Lighting in room was super low. They didn't have room on time, 4pm is late already and it wasn't until a few minutes after that we got our room. I checked in several times as I wasn't notified.

Fabulous property
Location downtown with homeless nearby. Poor breakfast

Nice hotel and friendly staff
Comfy beds, gentleman’s club feel which was nice given it’s history
Noise outside from homeless community at night playing loud music

My friend and I just loved the the history, the architecture and vibe of the hotel. Loved all the old pictures throughout and were intrigued by the possibility the hotel could be haunted. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful public like ballroom they must use for events that had the most gorgeous ceiling.

The whole feel of another time, another world of luxury. The Arctic Club Hotel's decor, from the marble entry to the beautiful dark wood paneling and furnishings throughout the whole hotel, truly felt special. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful to us as out of towners. Our room was a sanctuary from the outside world. The decor made you feel like you stepped into another time, yet didn't disappoint in comfort.
The nibbles at the Polar Bar need to be refined. The food was not really invoking of the feel of the beautiful bar and setting. But the cocktails were wonderful.

loved the Polar Bar but only open until 11. liked the in room French press.
Toilet paper was 1 ply.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Close to the stadiums, pretty good value.
The homeless people across the street

The hotel was so centrally located to restaurants and shops. Hotel was beautiful, and elegantly decorated and maintained. Staff was friendly

The lobby and bar are great. The rooms are beautiful with the high ceilings and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very nice and clean.
The barperson service is great but the quality of the drinks could be better. The price is way to high for what you get.

Location was perfect, I love old buildings, and the building history is fascinating. The staff was exceptional.

The hotel is gorgeous, the history is very interesting. The staff was amazing and helpful. Location is perfect, short walk to the stadiums as well as the waterfront and Pike St Market. Rooms are beautiful and clean, beds and pillows are so comfortable!

We had a great stay at The Arctic Club, friendly employees, easy check in, easy valet drop off, spacious rooms comfortable bed. Easy walk to the stadiums, which was our main goal. The lobby/bar area is gorgeous! Overall, great value. Will come back!
Wish the room had a coffee maker. The area is a bit sketch, but that is not the hotel's fault, just stay aware and come back before the sun sets!
4.3
The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the lobby bar for its ambience and laid back vibe. The breakfast was also nice. The staff, especially the valet, were very friendly and helpful.
Oddly, our room only had hot water, no cold. We let the front staff know upon check out and they were going to look in to it. It wasn't a big problem as we only stayed one night.
4.3
I loved the staff, the overall ambience and the spacious room offered.
Also the possibility of early checkin and 1h late checkout (much appreciated when you're travelling long flight hours)
the breakfast, was supposed to be international/continental but only sweet stuff were there (and not many).
I would recommend to improve this service :)

Outstanding hotel with rich history, and modern touches!
I liked everything about the property

Beautiful hotel decor. Great location. Friendly staff.
Room was a bit small.

love the atmosphere, history, all together vibe of this hotel. The staff from the front desk, the bar, and housekeeping are all so nice. It’s walkable to the stadium which is a huge bonus since they offer valet parking. so worth the extra it costs for that.
The plumbing always has some little issues. This time both of our bathroom handles were hot water in our sink. not that big of a deal though.
4.3
Stay was great. Convenient location for us, super friendly staff and valet. They crushed it!

food was amazing! Staff was very responsive!
Lighting was low in the rooms!

Very welcoming at the Reception as well as the Bar. This is definitely my go-to in Seattle.
The heating system was a bit loud. But it's an older building, which is understandable. Love the ambiance!
4.3
The historic decor was wonderful. The main floor gathering area was a destination in itself. Great for relaxing around the fireplace and meeting with friends. Every staff member we came in contact was very friendly and went out of their way to acknowledge us and ask if we needed anything.
The public transportation nearby was great. There is a light rail station 1/2 block away that will get you to the SeaTac airport and many other destinations around Seattle. Many downtown bus options on the same block. No need for a car. Also close access to the Ferry terminal with car ferries and Fast Ferry passenger ferries to many destinations around the sound.
A bit gritty downtown neighborhood.
4.3
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay and hanging at the beautiful bar.

Facilities were great along with the staff. Just as I remember from previous visits.
As with most cities these days, not comfortable walking around after hours. Heat in room seemed quite noisy when it kicked on in middle of the night.

I loved the feel of this classic hotel.. The breakfast didn't have a lot of items but it was satisfying. They had pastries & fruit, juice and coffee available. The staff overall were very attentive which I gather was because they had just reopened after a long closure and they didn't have high occupancy at the time. The room was very nice, jacuzzi tub - amazing. Spacious room with bed & desk. I was very comfortable.
My hairdryer didn't work at all. I had some trouble with the printer in the business center because the duplex feed didn't work and it kept jamming. I could tell the printers hadn't been upgraded for quite a long time. The hotel overall needs some maintenance work, but nothing except what I noted here was actually broken. The toilet in my room was a bit sluggish but water worked and everything was clean. I reported to the hotel that I had a hard time finding information about parking options at the hotel. It turned out they did have valet, but I couldn't find anything mentioning that online so I parked in a garage about 3 blocks away for almost the same price as valet :(. I wasn't super happy but wasn't about to move my car.
