Breakfast was good but they ran out of waffle mix. Rooms were great, but be aware that the “sofa bed” only makes a twin bed.
I booked 5 suites with 2 queens and a sofa bed, and 1 room with 3 queens. The hotel did not have enough suites available. They only had 3 suites, so they had to change 2 of my suites to regular rooms. Luckily we made it work with the amount of people we had. The front desk lady was really nice about it. Also the sofa bed only opened up to a twin. We were expecting a full size that 2 people could sleep on.

Centrally located close to everything.
Breakfast was just okay. Though they had decent internet connections , the tv connection never worked because their network was down. The spa wasn’t much of anything ( it was just a normal pool)

Room was nice size, bathrooms were good size, sink was cracked but otherwise decent. Asked for the Mountain View and it didn't disappoint. Was a little worried in the morning though, woke up to watch the sunrise and instead saw a cop fingerprinting a guests' car whose window was broken out all over the ground. Made me nervous. We only stayed one night. Breakfast was decent, not a lot of options - sausage was burnt and greasy, coffee wasn't great but could've been worse.
Had to ask for linen change upon arrival - there was hair and food crumbs on the beds, staff that changed the linens spoke in Spanish giggling the entire time, found that to be rude. Pillows super uncomfortable. Had ants crawling on the nightstand and AC unit by the window.
Got nervous about seeing a cop fingerprinting a guests' car the next morning. Shattered glass in the parking lot. Was thankful it wasn't my car. Not sure I would stay here again.

Chlorine in pool was to strong. It gave us a headache and it was very hot in the area. Needs better ventilation.

Wir waren auf einer Rundreise und haben hier 2 x übernachtet. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke ausreichend, die Ziele der geplanten Ausflüge waren gut erreichbar.

The view was amazing! We had a south facing room and the mountain view was beautiful! I didn't realize when booking the hotel that it was on top a hill with a steep driveway, which make it very peaceful with hardly any road noise. Also the TV in the room had Netflix and Youtube and I think Paramount plus.
From the outside and the lobby of the hotel it looked really nice and upscale. The room however did not match the rest of the hotel. The beds were pretty stiff and the furniture was kind of dated. When I went to check in, the lady working the desk was more interested in her phone than checking me in. When she handed me the room keys, she didn't even explain how to find the elevators. So our first impression of the hotel wasn't great. But overall we just needed a place to stay for the night and this was a good hotel for that.

Very friendly staff!!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very cheerful clerk. At breakfast the next morning, two different breakfast attendants were so friendly. Both offered to carry my plate or help me get what I need. They saw I was using a cane. I really appreciated the offer. They genuinely wanted to help. This will be our go to hotel when passing thru town.
Our room was a little crowded with our luggage. We didn't have much space for it. I put mine on the luggage rack in the closet, but the door wouldn't close, so I had to take it out & fold the rack back up.

It was a nice hotel. Breakfast was exceptionally good. It was near a nice family restaurant, Logan Roadhouse.
The heating/air conditioning unit was noisy.

I can't write one bad thing about this place. Met our needs plus some. Had a booking problem and the lady at front desk made it right.

Breakfast was fine but they ran out early. You had to get up early to get anything
We never got conditioner after asking several times. Rooms aren't cleaned except when you leave. We had to share a washcloth and beg for a clean towel. We also begged for conditioner and never got any. We tried asking housekeeping in the hall and the manager snapped at us not to speak to them because they don't speak English (they don't speak any English at all). He said to go to desk which we did several times and never got any. Rooms were very hot at night because they control the temperature even though the thermostat is on wall. It doesn't work. Sheets had stains and didn't appear to be clean. We stayed there 5 years ago and it was wonderful but not anymore. We were told after we were checking out that they would adjust our bill for inconvenience and they never did so they lie too. Would NEVER stay there again. We would sleep in car first. Horrible all the way around.

Excellent location near the interstate and very clean. The breakfast was also very good.
Only shears on the windows with no way to block lights from the parking lot and Hampton Inn. No early check in available.

Front desk staff were very helpful and cheerful. Pool area was nice and breakfast was great! Lots of options. Restaurant across the street.
Loud AC would kick off and on all night, woke us up several times. Recommend bringing a noise maker fan to dull the Air Conditioner noise issue.

Loved the room..
We didn't like that we were on the second floor.. And we were behind the pavilion of the entrance of the building.. So we could not enjoy the view of the mountain.

All one could ask for in a roadside hotel. Clean, nice indoor heated pool with customer friendly hours, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. We were traveling with our six year old granddaughter so this was a big plus. The complimentary breakfast was way above average. Great shower with soap and shampoo dispensers. The young man who checked us in was joyfully pleasant. We didn’t use it, but the hotel has a wonderfully comfortable outdoor seating area looking down from the hill on the night-time lights. Walmart is right across the street, and if complimentary breakfasts leaves one hungry there is a Waffle House nearby.
I was totally satisfied.
