You suck for a business stealing peoples hard earned money.

Had a Flight, next morning a early first out would not let me stay because I live with in 50 miles you never refunded my money or tell me about 50 mile radius Booking.com just Rips people off and don't care I'll be sure to tell everyone on Facebook.

Tell the public about there 50 mile radius which is very stupid got me for $85.00.

Nothing...

Room was/ is disgusting, every where you look it's dirty, sheets on bed and bed cover dirty... not stained but DNA dirty... the TV is broken , wifi doesn't work, huge presencr of what appears to be drug addicted homeless and "refugees" 20 something men 1here... Dog poop and trash litter the common area... I couldn't get a refund.. I'm sleeping with my clothes and shoes on tonight.. wish I could post pics.. I don't mind rough hotels per say but the level of gross is unreal.. I don't feel safe, there is no extra lock on my door.. you have been warned

location, price.

room 207 - black mold in bathroom, torn sheets, stained bedspread. I heard similar description explained to management for room 107. I cannot comprehend how / why these rooms could be rented.

Horrible-Never Again!!

Waffle House next door was good! Close to interstate.

Terrible!!! Red Roof Inn - Chattanooga Airport. Three rooms were rented & problems in all. Rooms not clean or maintained. Dirty outside area as well as inside. Couldn’t check in until 5pm. Didn’t even have a chair to sit on in room. Bathroom door wouldn’t close completely, drapes off hooks, etc etc. Trouble finding a room so settled, but never again!! Light fixture in bathroom fell down during the night. A.C. made so much noise, had to unplug one. Light fixture in bathroom didn’t work in one, and no lightbulbs, so brought a lamp down. Had to call desk clerk to program the tv in one, as it wasn’t set up yet. Can’t make this stuff up!

Will not stay here ever again

I like the location of the hotel everything was right there basically. From the mall to restaurants and a very good plus it was 16 minutes away from there amusement park.

Hire dirty the room was the fridge and ac unit in the room was leaking. They wouldn’t let me switch rooms they did come and fix the ac unit but the fridge was still leaking.

the room was old out dated and it smelled. toliet to low and broken.Double ro that i booked was unavailable, so i was offered a single room. This hotel looks like a prostitution hang out.

Did not stay!!

This place was a nightmare!! Dirty, run down, leaking toilet and peeling paint in bathroom, just gross. Went right back to desk to cancel due to very bad conditions!! I expect a refund pls!! This was totally miss advertised. Ty

Nothing not one thing.

Attendant was on something 1st room offered smelled like cat pee as soon as you open door. And 2nd room was still dirty from night before. There is 5-10 other hotels at this exit DONT WASTE YOUR $$

Disaster

Not much! But the cockroaches loved it! Nice staff actually.

First room that we got had no electricity. The second room had a smokdetector that was beeping once per minute because someone had taken out the backupbattery, remote control to TV was missing, the toilet had overflooded so it was wet around it. And it didn’t work later that night. In this non- smoking room we found many cigarette butts in the trashcan. And the sheets was dirty. Overall an disaster visit. Especially with two children also.

I stay in alot of hotels, this was my worst experience yet...

The day we checked out the front desk guy was very nice! I really enjoyed talking to him and he was quite professional.

The rook reaked of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. The power cord in the iron had been cut and a couple lights were not working. But by far the worst part was my girlfriend accidentally left her dress hanging in the room. Later the same day we called and got the nice gentleman who tried to no avail to locate the dress. No chance it wasn't in the room and no chance the cleaning woman didn't see it. It is quit disappointing that this would happen in a national hotel chain.
