Sehr schönes Hotel

Sehr schöne, großzügige und saubere Zimmer. Waren positiv überrascht, die Bilder implizieren eine etwas ältere Einrichtung. Bequeme Betten. 25-30 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Anfang der sehr schönen Innenstadt. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Sehr nettes Live Oak Cafe auf dem Gelände.

Wahrscheinlich ein Einzelfall, aber wir mussten jeden Tag eine neue Zimmerkarte holen, weil unsere über Nacht nicht mehr funktionierte. Anstatt dem Problem auf dem Grund zu gehen, wurde einfach schnell immer wieder eine neue Karte programmiert. Einmal wurde vergessen das Zimmer zu reinigen, war aber nicht schlimm bei 3 Nächten.

Comfortable, reasonable, have stayed several times in past two years

Comfortable room, good location, some upgrades in bathroom, good restaurant for breakfast

Bathroom vanity too small. Very little room for two persons toiletries items. Shower needs upgrade. Shelf for items in bathroom would help.

Très bon hôtel propre et agréable

Hôtel très bien situé, accueil et personnel très sympathique et agréable. Nous y avons séjourné une nuit pendant notre voyage entre San Francisco et Los Angeles. Un très bel hôtel au style californien, avec parking, une chambre spacieuse avec grande salle de bains et tous équipements nécessaires. Literie confortable et petit restaurant attenant Llive Oak café dans lequel on mange très bien, tant pour le dîner que le petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons et reviendrons sans hésiter.

Lovely place with friendly, helpful staff

The general vibe of the hotel was lovely, very warm and inviting. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and we loved the location.

Room was quite small and we found it difficult to manoeuvre cases up the stairs without a lift.

We had a two bedroom unit which offered a lot of space. Location was good. Restaurant and pool onsite was great to have.

The carpet was a bit old and dingy and the mattresses could use an upgrade.

Lovely place to stay in SB

My wife and I liked everything in this hotel - the only thing we regretted that we stayed there just 2 nights. And personnel was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel situated in a lovely area.

Our room was pleasant, clean and the bed linen was really nice. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. The outside areas were well maintained and very clean. There was an on-site cafe called "Live Oak". My husband and I had our breakfast there for the 7 days we stayed in the hotel. It was excellent and not overpriced.

If you needed anything, from towels to toilet tissue, you had to ask. My husband and I mostly picked up the items ourselves. In fairness they always supplied everything you asked for and if you weren't able to go and pick them up for yourself, someone brought them to your room. Also had to ask for your room to be cleaned which wouldn't suit everyone.

Lovely staff, great facilities, uncomfy bed and unsettled sleep.

Lovely staff. Great facilities. Great sized room. Good amount of parking.

Bed was uncomfortable. It dipped in the middle so me and my partner kept rolling in to it. We woke with sore backs, but luckily had 2 queen beds so switched to the other bed, but that wasn’t much better. Also, it was quite noisy so didn’t get the best sleep but no other issues. Would use earplugs next time. Main parts of Santa Barbara are a drive away so would recommend having a car or means of getting around.

This hotel has it all .. comfort, convenience, and good food

Recent renovations were an unexpected and pleasant surprise. On site restaurant was a delight serving some of the best food we were served on our trip down the coast. I would recommend this hotel to all.

My room was next to the stairwell so I heard people going up and down. I also heard the person next door on their phone and people upstairs walking around. The location needs to enhance noise abatement.

Will likely stay here again on my next visit to Santa Barbara

Was given a spacious room on the ground floor. Because I had not stated I needed a ground floor room upon booking, the staff had to scramble to accomodate me. I had to move to a different room after a couple of days but was given a whole apartment! Kudos to the front desk staff for accomodating me. While the hotel does not have its own restaurant, the Live Oak café is a lovely place for breakfast or simple dinners. I had avocado toast every day in its lovely garden room. I also enjoyed its aviary of finches, which I am told, is a local landmark.

I was happy with my accomodations. Location is also very convenient.

A perfectly pleasant experience, but expensive for what we received (Paid $750 for one night in a hacienda family room)

Pool / Hot tub were great. Live Oak finch aviary was fantastic! our kids watched the birds for almost an hour

Pricing for haciendas was expensive, but at the end of the day it was still a chain hotel. Rooms need renovation.

Family member in to hospital for surgery-hotel close to hospital.

Was charged $219 for the room. When I checked in I was told if I had made reservations directly at the hotel I would have been charged $169. Told them I originally called the hotel but was transferred to booking. I would like to be reimbursed the $50 since I originally called the hotel to make the reservations. Please call me at 951-780-4746 if this can be done. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.
