Comfortable, great location , staff always helpful. Bicycles great….would love to return.Thanks.

Some describe it as very basic but we found it just what we wanted and no matter what time everything was being refreshed.

Wonderful staff. The happy hour and breakfast were very nice. Great location. Close to beach and restaurants. The property was nice.

clean easy to access from freeway.

we arrived at 10:00 pm. note on the door said we had to go across a busy street to pick up our key and finish our check in process , odd!!!!

Location was great, comfy bed, fair decor.

Not a helpful experience. My kid got a high fever and we had to leave after one night of staying, let them know 2 hours after check in and they wouldn’t give any form of credit for the second unused night and weren’t flexible at all.

The place was clean and tidy and very close to the beach and State Street

The limited amount of parking. The televisions are extremely old. The pillows were too soft.

It was a total rip off and price quoted to other guests were less than the exorbitant price I paid via Booking.Com

Nothing. It was a motel on the side of the road.

It did not live up to it’s description. Breakfast was included and was eaten in a hallway or on a veranda alongside a very noisy road.

I would not return - poor experience and facility relative to the cost.

Location was decent

Key cards were good for 1x use. Constantly going to front office to re code cards. Super annoying. Ceiling fan and light failed. Laundering facility was out of order. Fitness room - may as well not have one.

Ok stay, will not stay again

Breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, bread and pastries to go. They have a wine cocktail hour with snacks, cookies, pretzels and Hershey's chocolates.

The room was overpriced for a small room with no water view.

The location was great and the staff was excellent. We were able to check out bikes from the sister hotel across the street and explore downtown, the beach and the funk zone. They also had nice toiletries in the room. The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated and it was nice.

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable and the AC was very loud. We also booked a Queen room but it had a double bed. It was very clean but not well maintained or updated.

Tea and coffee is available throughout the day as well as afternoon snacks. Free use of the bicycles - very nice touch. Jesus was the perfect host

I would prefer receiving a reduced nightly rate and forfeit the breakfast.

A fabulous stay at the Lavender Inn.

It’s in a great location, close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to State Street. It’s set in a very pretty garden and our room was very comfortable. We loved the additional touches of champagne in the fridge on arrival, wine in the afternoon and the lavender bag on the bed. It was an added bonus to have a light breakfast available and free parking. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great little hotel blocks from the ocean

Close to the water, free bike rentals, clean rooms, wine hour

Comforter was a bit thin so we were a bit cold, no temperature control in rooms. Wine hour would be better with cheese

a little disappointing and not good value

The location was excellent just a 400m walk to the beach a little further to the harbour and wharf. staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Our room, even though we had been upgraded, was a bit tired and worn. aircon was difficult to operate, noisy and not efficient. Breakfast was very limited.
