Wonderful location and the staff were exceptional in regards to customer service
Nothing

The rooms were clean
The valet parking is truly a nightmare getting in and out - there can be a line up of cars down the street. The customer service desk person was super rude when I called about if there was a pool, and when asking about WiFi the person hung up the phone on my sister.

Location was very good
The price was high

Spacious room with view on State House. Good bed and friendly staff. Reasonable parking rate $ 20 flat rate per overnight.
Annoying Noise of fan in the room ! Outdated bath with curtain.

The key card system was down. We had to have someone let us in our room every time we were there for a cheer comp and needed to go back and forth to rooms lot.
4.2
It was nice and comfortable. Very clean.
No issues.

checked in a little bit after 3pm, have to wait more than one and half hours to get the room ready.
convenient location, easy walk to covention centers, shopping mall and parking garage.

The Omni was next door to the arena where we were seeing a show, and a ten minute walk to the restaurant in Federal Hill where we had dinner. Very convenient.m and easily walkable. The room was spotless and we had a good view from the 14th floor.
Nothing really, except the parking was a bit confusing upon first glance.

chambre, personnel très souriant, serviable et sympathique
Pour avoir de l'eau chaude il a fallu attendre 3 minutes en faisant couler l'eau...étrange

I liked the location, facilities inside the room and most importantly the bed.
The breakfast arrangement was unclear, and had no order.

Location
Thermostat DIDN’T work within two different rooms. Temps were getting into the low to mid 70s. Even after complaining and moving to a new so-called “signature” room it still wasn’t working. Luckily we had one day left so we didn’t even bother complaining again as it would’ve been the same results and pointless. Manager wouldn’t even comp the room for the days affected even though the building technician confirmed that the AC unit was malfunctioning and reported it to the overnight Mgmt team, just offered a complimentary free one day stay next time around (who says we would be coming back at this hotel again). Just bad experience overall. If it wasn’t for the actual location I would’ve chosen something else.

The view was PHENOMONAL! All of the staff were super polite and courteous. Hotel was directly attached to the con center I was working at for the weekend, which was a massive boon given the awful weather at the time and being physically disabled! direct attachment to the mall was also super nice.
The room itself, espicially the bathroom, was kinda cheap and dated, which i wouldnt have cared about if i wasnt paying nearly 200$ a night after fees, but for a prime weekend in the middle of the summer with all the ammenities, in the absolute epicenter of a capital city? Really not bad of a deal at all.

I enjoyed the comfort of the hotel and location.
The pool was closed. I specifically brought my children with me this time for the pool.

The outdoor hvac was loud enough to be heard from the 22 floor.

The staff was wonderful.
Waking up at 7:15 am with sound of construction in the hotel. Jack hammer was very loud!! Never told the hotel was under construction. Our room was directly over the highway. The noise was unbearable. The hot tub was under construction and not able to use. The pool was peeling paint.
4.2
I love that it is connected to the mall and the conversation center.

amazing everything.
The front desk woman when I checked in at 9:45 didn't want to give me a late checkout. She pretended to go into the back room to ask someone and came out and said no. Then the next morning I called down and I got a complimentary 12:30 checkout. It was just weird and I suggest she say something the future like - I do not have the authority to approve that but call down in the morning and they will help you. Other than that, the staff was great!

The lady at the front office was real kind even moved my room to a higher corner room. Wish I could remember her name but was real kind
There was nothing for me not to like

so convenient to everything and my kids loved being connected to the mall

Food was way too expensive and not that good. also, there is no where in the hotel to get drinks or snacks at night. rooms were clean and hotel was clean, but over.priced for what you get. I could have gone to Marriott which is much cheaper and gotten coffee and breakfast. no one tells you that valet parking costs 34 a day!! they just take ur car and make it like u can't park urself. not impressed and would stay somewhere else next time.
4.2
Accessibility to the mall, garage and convention center was key to our stay. You never have to leave the building! All staff were very friendly! Room service was reasonably timely and was tasty.
Navigating the hotel from garage to lobby was a little confusing. Pool was clean, but much smaller than expected. With a max occupancy at 10, swimming was crowded and not supervised.
