Convenient
The cleaning crew tried to come in and didn’t even knock! I’m glad I remembered to flip the interior lever!!!! The room had no refrigerator.

location
Cigarette Butt under mattress of bed. Ice Bucket had dried crumbs in it. Floor didn't look like it was vacuumed in some areas, The complimentary breakfast was not anything like what was picture--hardly anything available.

They offer no real breakfast. We ate at a nearby fast food joint. Was better that there.
Horrible mattress, dirty, no food and too much $$$ for poor service. Currently staying at an extended stay one star and it is more comfortable here.

It was an accessible room. Bedroom was great, shower was perfect to get in and out with shower head in the right place with flexible shower head.
Biggest disappointment was the doors getting into the hotel were not automatic or have accessible automatic opener. Very difficult to open a door in a wheelchair with no way to get through two outer doors.

the location
From the moment we got out of the car it was not a great experience. the appear on the outside was not well kept and was falling apart, we had to call in order for someone to come to the front. while getting checked in we overheard someone complaining of kids playing and knocking on their doors. The room did not look cleaned the bathroom was disgusting, the pain was chipping, the floor was visibility dirty and looked like he had not been clean. we immediately left and went to another hotel. the entire experience was awful.

Liked the atmosphere
Jet tub dripped water and hadnt been drained when we got there the TV was in awkward place and didn't get good reception. Shower had no water pressure.

I got covid the day we were supposed to come. I called and explained, and the gal at the front desk put something in the notes for health emergency. I asked her if we would get charged, she said nothing showed up. But we still got charged for both days. We would have loved to be there, but it wasn't safe for everyone else, so why did we get punished for telling the truth and keeping it from being spread?

The person who checked me in was some random guy in ill-fitting sweatpants and flip flops with a t-shirt which was unsettling right off the bat. He was not only unfriendly, he was downright confrontational and argumentative. We got into a small verbal altercation over the room, which was just lovely at midnight after an 11 hour drive. He was aggressive and made me extremely uncomfortable- like I was intruding as a paying guest. After finally getting into a room, I found hair all over the bathroom sink and toilet. Was so exhausted just went to bed on top of the sheets (which also had hair) then left right away in the morning. I walked past the breakfast hoping for a coffee and the 2 eggs and single piece of toast in the lobby looked putrid. Don't waste your time or money at this one.

I got there and waited almost 20 minutes calling for someone to come to the front desk so I could check in. They gave me the keycards and I went up to the room. I went in there and it was completely dirty. Towels on the floor, trash cans full, finger prints everywhere, hair in the jacuzzi. I ended up going back down stairs and told them about the room and they gave me a different room instead. Ended up checking out just a few hours later.

Room was comfortable and quiet.
Reception Service was sub standard. Check in clerk was a little confused. Checked me into room ok but tv didn't work and had to move to another room but the room she picked was already occupied and the room I finally got was ok but she later checked someone else into that room and had to move them to a different room.

Breakfast was good, beds comfy. Staff was nice and location of hotel was great for us.
Bed was short sheeted because they had holes in them.

Convenience to highway. Price was good. Nice room.
Breakfast was a little small. Otherwise it was fine. Paperwork said $20 for pet fee was charged $30 thus didn't tip housekeeping what I normally would.

free breakfast was hot, well stocked, and plenty of variety: bagels, toast, waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, yogurt cereal, coffee, tea, juices, and biscuits and gravy.

The facility was easy to book and the room was big
The had a musty smell to it, the front desk manager was awful, and I was charged twice. I have messaged booking.com and the hotel multiple times and was promised a call back from the manager with no call back
