Never again!!!

Homeless people living right next to the parking structure and broke into our car, broken glass and lock. 😤😡 No security. On top of that way had to pay for parking!! 😤

A waste of money.

The pool was fine.

Our key card wouldn’t work. After multiple times re magnifying it, they sent the manager up to change the battery in the key card reader. They proceeded to send a maintenance man up several times. After almost 2 hours they moved our room. Our mini fridge was so frozen over the door would t close. Which wouldn’t be a big deal if we didn’t have a small child who needed milk. The facility was shabby and felt unsanitary.

It's horrible experience stay at this hotel, things are broken and over charge travelers. Stain bed

I will like nothing at this place.

Everything broken, TV remote, shower head, bed is itchy. Room is too dark. Overcharge for the room and never state of charging parking. I would not stay at this place.

Great option to stay at

Breakfast was wonderful. Many food and drink options. Clean kitchen, friendly staff. Our room was nice. Comfy beds. Parking was patrolled so we knew our car was safe. We were able to walk to The Alamo and then around the Riverwalk from the hotel.

I think a deep cleaning would liven up the room and make it a 10/10.

You can get a better room elsewhere for the same amount of money. Buyer beware.

Access to parking and location were great. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. From the overwhelming musty smell that at times smelled like sewer waste, to the peeling wallpaper and dirty floors, maintenance is overdue. The floors were sticky and left my feet black from walking barefoot for a few minutes. Pillowcases were stained yellow.

Good for the short stay.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of things. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like having to pay for parking, but you had to do that everywhere in San Antonio. The location was great to the Riverwalk area, but not in the best neighborhood. It seemed that for the size of the hotel that the pool was very small.

Disappointing

The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was good. The breakfast was good.

The place had a worn out look. Perhaps some renovations are in order. The keys kept losing their activation, and we had to keep going downstairs back upstairs to get in our room. We were on the fourth floor and the sink kept getting stopped up but the toilet did flush. Not as close to the Riverwalk as advertised it is not walking distance for older people and in the present heat index however, it is five minutes by Uber. Parking spot was advertised as a part of the benefits, however, there was an extra charge that was not disclosed until I paid the bill.

location would make me hesitate when considering a second stay. parking was no cost so that adds value.

overall cleanliness and good breakfast brunch.

No snacks and only water available for purchase the first night. very limited selection the second night. pretty rough location and no convenience stores nearby. lots of homeless close by. Pool was closed down for cleaning the entire stay. sofa sleeper in room is broken.
