Very satisfactory and relaxing!

The whole stay was satisfactory in very way. Breakfast was delicious though crowded. The room was roomy and well cooled. It was a very relaxing getaway. Thank you for being there for us.

The rooms were never nice but service so bad we will never consider Hyatt again.

The staff were rude. Breakfast was not well prepared and only about half of the amounts needed provided for the number of guests staying. The coffee was cold both mornings. We only had two towels for 3 people for two days and we asked for additional twice. One elevator functional for the entire property and it was programmed to stop at every floor going both up and down whether a guest was getting on or off or not. Terrible experience.

Excellent location with easy access to all downtown attractions!

Excellent location. Easy access to River Walk, restaurants, etc. The property is spotless and well maintained. Parking is gated and secure with simple access in / out. The pool is well maintained and the breakfast is good.

We absolutely love staying here. It is the cleanest hotel we’ve ever been too.

Price is reasonable, staff is courteous and environment is clean, but breakfast sitting area is way too small

We were comfortable, the staff was very nice and I'll be returning in the future.

I like that the rooms were clean . The house keeping was very nice and took good care of everything we needed.

I didn't like the fact that Google maps leads you in a circle and makes it hard to find the place. I know that the area is under construction but for people who traveling this can become an inconvenience because of how long the traveled to come there. Also there should be details about getting tickets to enter in the hotel . I'm sure a lot of people got their debit cards stuff in the machine thinking they should pay there. Also the breakfast was great but after a couple of years it could be changed up a little sometimes.

Had a wonderful time with our friends. The staff (Mina) worked hard to get our rooms together.

Great room. Very good bfst. Location was perfect for us.

The toilet area is crazy small…difficult to get in and out.

Good hotel in a nice area

Honestly, we enjoyed pretty much everything about this hotel. The location is a bit off the path to the center of the Riverwalk, but it is still in walking distance. But, be prepared to walk to the main part of the Riverwalk. We enjoyed the pool area, the outside seating area overlooking the Riverwalk. Really just a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly. Easy access to the HEB and interstate.

I was not too pleased with the breakfast area. The area is very small compared to other Hyatt's that we have been to and on a busy summer touristy morning, it can get crowded. I really wish they could expand their serving area. They did have additional seating in meeting rooms, but the service area is not enough space to support such a crowd. Oh, also ..NO microwave in rooms. I don't even know where one was located so we could not reheat food.

Exceptional

Liked that it was on the riverwalk, but very quiet and peaceful, had amazing walks in the morning, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The only thing was that restroom were cramp.

Great two night stay. Will return back in cooler weather dates.

Breakfast was awesomely hot and great. Front desk great customer service, nice, friendly.

Further than anticipated from the main locations of river walk. Distance is probably a good 2miles from reaching first store/restaurants. A/C turning off btw breaks was a negative for me. We had no control of A/C per say. Only to adjust temp.

Nice room, good breakfast, pay to park in hotel lot

Breakfast was good, room was clean.

AC just couldn't keep up and keep our room cool enough when trying to go to sleep. Also, hotel guests shouldn't have to pay for parking when there is no valet parking or anything else special about the parking. It was a basic lot and if I had to pay for parking again, I would rethink staying at the same place.

Has gate to enter the parking lot not everyone can go in and it was in a good location the rooms were pretty decent

That they charge parking I think that if you book there the parking should be free and I also think you should add more to your breakfast

Rooms are very hot unless constant movement In the room

Only issue I had was that the room aircon is motion activated. So you'll be lying in bed and the aircon will go off. And will not come back on until you get out of bed. This made relaxing in the room impossible as the outside temp was 102F and the room would not get below 72F this is very warm to a British guy trying to escape the outside heat!
