Nice hotel but faculty needs some updates as wallpaper is coming off in places and TV service is not the best

Location in town and view from room Breakfast is good Coffee is great and available all the time Staff are friendly

Property is getting old Wallpaper in bathroom peeling Walls are thin. We were in second floors e coukd hear folks watching tv next door and others in hallway The TV / internet freezes up often and you are stuck watching a photo of some painting with the writing on the screen telling you to please be patient This happened at least four times during a movie and one is waiting up to five minutes at a time

Not worth it. Did not feel comfortable at all, needs to be cleaner and maintained.

Didn't try the breakfast. It was located close to the freeway near food.

I didn't like how the ironing board was set up the entire time. We were unable to take it down and when we asked the front desk about it they said several were broken and they just leave them up in the rooms. It was not only inconvenient but very unprofessional. There were several pieces of garbage left by the previous occupant as well as coffee rings on the nightstand. There were several items that needed serious maintenance and the furniture was so stained it made one not even want to place items on it or even sit on it. Not up to the usual Hampton Hotels we have stayed at. Not worth the price!

I wanted our rooms to face the mountains but they weren't. Also, the beds were not made after the first night or clean towels.

The staff were amazing! We have stayed in many places and this was one of the best! The breakfast was fresh and good every morning. The place was clean and well kept. All of our needs were met. We felt like we were treated special.

Nothing about our stay here.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the refrigerator in our room wasn't even plugged in, thr toiIet handle stuck causing it to run most of the night, we had to take the lid off to fix it everytime we flushed the toilet. The hot tub was out of service BUT was not told to us upon checkin. and we paid way to much for a Walmart store brand water from the shop. The 2 things we require is a comfy bed and a fridge we recommend also prefer a hot tub at every place we stay. It's part of why I booked here. The other stuff just made it worse. We expected more from a Hampton.

Convenient to Interstate 90, comfortable and friendly and always with a good breakfast!

This was a great overnight stay on our way home as we have found with most Hampton Inns! Very comfortable and clean and friendly staff and has all the amenities.

The location was fine. The staff was friendly.

The bed sheets had stains on them. The bed was awful. Both my daughter and I woke up with back spasms. The person next door had an awful upper respiratory or COVID cough and kept us up all night. The manager said bookings.com would send in a complaint for a refund. Please let me know this has been done.

Facilities were decent.

The fire alarm rang 5 times between 1:45 am and 4:30 am. Night clerk was not aware of protocol and my husband ended up having to direct him as to what to do. Fire department wasnt called until we told him to do so for all the guests safety. The rooms were clearly "cleaned" in a hurry as no deep cleaning has been done in a very long time. Toilet seat was broken, sheets were too small for the bed. TV remote was missing the back cover so batteries kept falling out. Parking lot was not sanded or shoveled or salted properly so it was a danger to everyone. Young kids ran about the entire hotel and their guardians were not held accountable to their behavior or actions the entire stay.

Just a quick overnight stay.

The hotel was situated nicely and easy to get to. Our room was huge for a hotel room.

Our view was awful. We could see the overhang and portico and very little else. Disappointing since the hotel had such a good view. The beds have been slept in on the same spots, so the bedding was drooping on the floor, looked too big for the bed, and we rolled to one side.
